They came on time, which was a huge plus! Landon assessed the problem quickly and gave us a few options on not only to fix the issue but take care of some preventative maintenance items. Definitely recommend Hex HVAC. We will be using again for our AC service.

I was surprised when I called that someone was able to come out so quickly. The customer service was awesome from the 1st phone call and even by the technician they sent out. Landon was really knowledgable and efficient in protecting my floors as he worked on my heater. I called for a tuneup but he was able to get it working better than before after cleaning it out and servicing the equipment. He also shared with me how my system was doing along the way. I have already referred Hex Hvac to my family and they shared a similar experience. Great job, keep up the great work. I will definitely use again.
I reached out this company because they were recommended by my brother. Landon came out assessed the problem quickly provided me with an estimate to fix the issue. He grabbed the materials he needs fixed my system, laid down protective material to make the clean up easy and fixed my system, showing me what he removed and why he replaced it with a long the way. I know I need to get duct work updated in the future. Will definitely be reaching out him to complete that job next year. I great customer service. I didn't feel pressured, for a service call it felt street free.
Landon was great! He came through and looked at why our AC would suddenly stop working when everything seemed fine (unit was about 7years old) but we couldn't figure out what was the issue. Landon quickly discovered why the unit kept shutting down, and gave some low cost solutions to repair. It's been working great since. He also shared some items about our duct work that we did not know. Then came back another day to bring our gas turn off valve up to code. He was Never pushy...really nice & professional! Thank You Landon, we will definitely be calling you if we go to tankless water heaters :)
