I came back home with my family in a Sunday evening to find our house at 85 degrees and our AC unit not working. Christopher Hewes and Hewes AC not only answered my call at 7pm on a Sunday, but tried to walk me through several fixes that I could perform myself for free over the phone. The issue ended up being something I could not fix myself. Hewes AC showed up when they said they would, took time to diagnose the problem, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They did not try to upsell me or say I needed services that were not necessary. Having someone you can trust cone work on your house means everything to me. I will certainly be using Hewes AC again in the future!
We came home from a week long cruise to Alaska to a house that was 86 degrees and not cooling. I contacted Hewes at 9:30 AM on a Sunday and Chris was out that morning to diagnose the problem (showing me exactly what was wrong and explaining how it happened). Here’s was back Monday afternoon to fox the problem and within an hour the system was back up and running. If you are looking for an honest and responsive local AC company look no further than Hewes!

I had my ac replaced. The prices were reasonable. The service was great. They were honest and went above and beyond. I've used several Hvac companies in the past and they have been the best so far. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Chris Hewes of Hewes Heating & AC to replace my AC. Here’s what I liked most about the experience. 1) They diligently checked everything inside and out to determine the exact cause of the problem and then showed me with the freon detector. 2) They asked me lots of questions about how well my current AC performed and how I used it. 3) They made numerous phone calls while they were here to see what was available in order to provide me several options and then 4) they followed up after the install to fine tune the system and fix a rattling ceiling vent. They are good people who made this experience a good one. Moreover I trust and highly recommend them. Give them a call.

Hewes Heating & Air Conditioning was a pleasure to work with. They responded right away and were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided quality work. They troubleshot a manufacturer defect and fixed the problem. They took added precautions and we're thorough.
