Bad experience with this company. I called them out to take a look at my broken AC to see if they could fix. The tech knew there was a leak, but couldn't locate. Then he wanted to put $400 worth of freon in it knowing it would just leak right out. My boyfriend was on the phone while the tech was at my house and asked him a simple question and the tech was very rude to him. I then asked him before he left if there would be any guarantee if he did put $400 worth of freon in it and it leaked right out and then he snapped at me. I paid $160 for absolutely nothing. Then when it was time for him to leave he clearly recognized how unprofessional and rude he was being because he apologized and said "we have been really busy lately". What does that have to do with being rude to customers? Would never consider using them again.
Came out promptly. Gave me a quote and replaced unit quickly. Would recommend.

Called them and they came out the same day and made the repair to both a furnace element and wiring issue. Quick, professional, and affordable. My systems are old and when the time comes, Hershberger will be the one replacing them.

Our furnace needed some TLC. I found Hershbergers thru Google and the reviews were outstanding. I called in yesterday mid morning and they had someone out this morning! Simple repair as one of our lines was kinked. Chris was our service tech and he even took time to explain what was going on to my husband, and exactly how he fixed it. Very professional, pricing is great too! Will be return customers in the future! Thank you!!
This is a family owned business passed down through generations. They are a great company that will do a great job for you.
They are spot on veary professional and attentive my new furnace quit that were out with in half an hour and found the problem the filter plug up because my ducts were dirty not only did they figure that out quickly they brought new filters for me to change and they didnt charge me awesome people
