Had my A/C break down on me last week when the temperatures were up. I panicked. I'm not familiar at all with ac work beyond what I could find on google...which didn't look good for me. I was getting ready for a huge bill, if I could even get someone to come out. HERO heating and air was recommended to me by a coworker so I gave them a call. They were out 3 hours later on a time that was convenient for me. (As soon as i got home from work). They kept in contact and didn't just show up unannounced. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, even tested the outside unit to make sure everything was running well. The problem was in the basement and he had the new part ordered/installed super fast. He didn't try to replace things that didn't need to be or upsell me on anything. He was able to use some of the parts preexisting so it wouldn't cost more. He answered and didn't mind my questions or my pets. It was like having a friend do the work professionally for you. He came back today (upon my request for another matter) and checked up on the work he did last time. He took pride in his work. I was overall able to get my ac fixed for less then it cost for a grocery run. Keep this company in business! It's who I will be going to for all my hvac needs.
Tony gave me great advice during the bid process, which helped me make the right choices for my needs and my budget. Within a week, he and his crew member replaced my 27-year-old condenser/heat pump (outdoor) unit, reconfigured my air handler in the furnace (indoors), and installed a new mini-split unit in my mud room for $1600 less total than a "big name" company was going to charge for the work WITHOUT the mini-split, plus he gave me a credit for the part used for the temporary fix the big-name company did to the old outdoor unit. Work was done in a shorter time frame than expected and workers were friendly, fast, helpful, professional and skilled. I'd definitely recommend Hero Heating and Air LLC for your HVAC needs!

Another company quoted us 2-4 thousand dollars to repair our system. Tony came out for a second opinion. He told us the parts were under warranty, and we ended up only paying 1/3 the amount of the lowest quote the other company gave us. I will definitely use this company again. He is awesome.
I just bought a new house that had his sticker on the furnace. The furnace was having some problems so I called and he was here in 20 minutes. Absolutely top notch customer service! I could not recommend him enough! I was stressed out for nothing. He took care of things for me so well that we will definitely be calling him for everything from here on out. I’m just glad we found him cuz the AC is 20+ years old so now I know where to go when that gives out on me.
Tony was on time and on the mark in terms of responsiveness to quoting, ordering parts and installation. He took over a job started by another contractor and helped me get everything to Code, functional and safe. Additionally he was friendly and cheerful and took price in his work. Hands down I recommend him for any HVAC, mini split installation jobs anyone might have.
We have used Tony with Hero Heating and air at 5 of our rental properties this summer. He is always out quickly and has repairs completed the same day. Our tenants are super happy with how fast and professional the repairs are completed and we are happy because it takes a huge weight off our shoulders to have an HVAC company that is fast and reliable!
During my remodel, we had to upgrade the entire system. Not only was it reasonably priced, it was done on time, professionally done and without major incident. I had one small problem with a vent ‘pipe’ coming off and it was fixed that day! I would recommend Hero Air for big or small jobs! They get it done!!

My job was an upgrade so everything was new and done well! I only had a small issue under the house and it was repaired the same day! Great to work with and professional! They will do any future work I need!!
