First time customer with Hernandez AC. From the phone call to set the appointment to the actual service, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and great. Mark, the technician who performed the service was a pleasure to deal with and very thorough. He did not rush through the process and when he was done, I felt like everything had been done correctly and completely.
Mr. Hernandez was very kind to come out to help rescue an elderly lady from the heat on Father’s Day!!!! Your services are very much appreciated. Mr. Marcelino is the BEST! Highly recommended!!

I really like that Hernandez AC & Heat provided me w/an window of availability, then texted me when Mark was on his way. Mark arrived ON TIME, was courteous and kept his work area neat and organized. Mark cleaned up after himself and fixed my a/c promptly. I like that he explained what the issue was, how he would remedy it and was very thorough in his inspection of my a/c. I look forward to working with this company for all my cooling/heating needs.
Hernandez AC and heating business is a very good business. Marcelino is a top rate person to work with his assistant is also a top rate person to work with. They did a great job very efficient, very quick, and reasonable prices. He works with you on any problems you have. He explains everything to you. I think this is just a great company.I highly recommend them. I will be using them again. Thanks guy's.

HERNANDEZ AC & HEAT has been doing repairs and maintenance on my AC/Heating units. When I finally decided to make the large purchase of a new AC/Heating unit, my choice was easy. This company is extremely dependable and honest. They provided quality service from the beginning to the end of the project. I researched and used other companies on my other properties, but this company provides security. Marcelino, is the best and I will only use this company for any future HVAC needs!
Awesome to work with. So fast. Called initially due to 2 other companies taking their time to respond to me with temps in the 100s. Said he had the part and could come out the next day. Came by, diagnosed quickly and had AC back up and running in an hour with a part that I was told had to be ordered and would take at least a week. Had them come out again a few days ago when the upstairs unit stopped cooling. At first said he could come by a few day later but once I told him there was no cool up upstairs, said he was in the area and would come in 20 minutes to diagnose it. Another bad evaporator coil (good Ol Armstrong air units, a Lennox brand). Was able to recharge it to get us some air upstairs for a couple of days until he could get the evaporator coil in and installed. Love how responsive Mr Hernandez is and quick to get the situation resolved. Went above and beyond to keep costs down. Looked into the old coil to see if it was still under warranty, which it was, so i didn’t have to pay for the part. Will definitely be using them in the future and will be passing his info along to anyone that asks. Thanks for everything Marcelino
Amazing service and consideration of the customer with service pricing
This is the BEST HVAC repair and installation company we've ever hired. Marcelino and his crews are responsive, on-time, professional and very curteous. They work very hard and produce high-quality results for a fraction of the cost of other HVAC companies. We've hired them four times now: HVAC repair, complete ductwork system replacement, insulation (spray in attic) and complete HVAC system replacement. If you want the best, use this company.
