Arrived on time and had us cooling again in no time. Replaced a part and was very reasonable. We will call them again.

We have been using Hermitage Heating & Air for many years. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly, always fix things first time around. We never feel like we’ve been overcharged & feel our heating & AC tragedies are addressed quickly within a few hours of contacting them. Highly recommend this great group of professionals.
Great service and always helpful
I called Hermitage Air on Monday, May 15th, and they arrived promptly at 12 noon on Tuesday, which I thought was a fairly fast response to my "distress" call. They explained what was repaired and cost of needed repairs to fully fix the problem. Ryan did create a bypass in my unit so I can run my a/c unit in the meantime. The unit is running great right now. We Also discussed options whether to pay $1200 for needed repairs or consider option to buy a new a/c unit. Ryan didn't recommend what I should decide to do in this situation , which I appreciated. He told me the two brands the company carries and which are available for purchase are Carrier and York brands, Carrier being the better quality unit. Ryan explained this clearly. I've done business with Hermitage Air since 2009 or so, and I am a satisfied customer. Thanks and have a great day .

I have been with HH&A since 2009. I have always appreciated their professional staff and excellent HVAC maintenance and repair services. My only takeaway from my recent experience is the tech shared my payment for the spring service maintenance is good for the fall service maintenance too. To my knowledge this was never explained to me. I've always known they recommend both seasonal maintenance services, but I never knew my payment for spring also covered fall too. I've never received the fall service to save on cost, so this would have been great to know before now.
