,Our AC stopped working, but while it was working we also noticed a leak coming from the furnace in the attic every time it was on. I called Hermes based on the good reviews. Nova picked up right away and was able to stop by the same day to assess the situation(s). He had the AC back up and running in no time and then he proceeded to check out the leak. We couldn't really replicate it so he left, job completed and to our satisfaction. Later that evening, with the AC running much more now, the leaking from the furnace started. I contacted Nova and he responded quickly and was back at the house the next morning. Now, being able to spot the precise source of the leak he was able to make the repair. The whole time he was patient, calm, answered all of my questions and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend and will use Hermes again if I'm in a pinch.
