Mark and his team of HVAC professionals came to our law firm Anderegg & Associates and tuned up our radiators and boilers. They were extremely professional and pleasant to have around our office. Not only did we appreciate their service, but they we enjoyed the knowledge they shared about our HVAC system/boiler system so we can help maintain its upkeep. Thanks again guys!
The service itself was good... but I am a little bothered by 2 things. 1. The company told me they were coming, my heat was not working and it was 17 degrees outside. They never came. When I called at 6 pm I told them you can come tomorrow if it is easier. They told me I would be the first call. I would hear from them by 9am. Well noone called. The entire day passed with no call. When I call at about 3pm, the person on the phone said they couldn't get ahold of me. I was by my phone all day, no calls. They finally came almost 36 hours after my first call. 2. They didn't accept debit cards. I didn't have any other way to pay. They said they would take a post dated check. If I post dated it 1 day, I would be able to run to the bank. The day before the check date my account was over drawn. Not only did they cash my check before the date on it, the bank allowed it! I believe I shouldn't have had to pay the full amount since they left me hanging for almost 2 days. BUT NOW I have to pay an extra $30 because they cashed the check earlier than what they said they would AND before the legal date. I am really frustrated. ..
Very professional and honest. Reasonable service fee and reasonable total cost. I have been using heritage service for my home and businesses for a year or so and will continue to use them. As a side, Mark had my 11 years help him with very minor tasks and promised him to pay him. At the end he didn’t have a cash and I didn’t either😊. few days later he knocked on the door , asked for my son and paid him as he promised. My son was very happy for getting paid to help😊 Thank you Mark, Thank you Heritage heating and AC! I recommend their service for everyone reading this review.

Not bad prices
Our HSA assigned us to Heritage for a pre-season heating tune-up. Heritage never called me to schedule an appointment, so I called them after two days to set one up myself. They were supposed to come out today between the time window of 3-5pm. It is now 7pm and they never showed up or reached out to me in any manner.
Arrived within time window. Courteous. Very helpful with care and maintenance. Reasonably priced.
We were lucky to end up with Heritage when using our HSA after a poor experience with another company. Heritage came out on a holiday to check out our AC and quickly got everything figured out. We got our AC replaced on a Sunday by both the owner of the company and another great technician. Honest people who truly want the best for the customers
This was the 2nd visit to our home. First time they fixed our central air and today they worked on our furnace. As usual, exceptional service. They don't nickel dime you and they are honest. Mark came out this evening well past normal business hours to repair our furnace and do a tune-up. Timing was crucial for us as we are selling this home and needed repairs in order to close. Both Mark and Steve are genuine, personable and really care about their customers. I highly recommend them and if we weren't moving to Texas they would remain my preferred vendor for all HVAC needs. Thank you guys so much!
Went out of their way to fix my families AC same day as it was 90 and humid out, which was concerning with young kids and pets. Extremely nice and understanding. Gave a few maintenance tips as well which was greatly appreciated and helpful.
I was very displeased with their lack of professionalism. This was my first home and the person helping me was not only dishonest about the potential cost of the repair, but he talked down to me. On top of it, I called him three times to get him to come out for the completion of the job before he even called me back. If you want to be treated with respect and honesty, I suggest you use another service.
