My wife and I are renting, and our AC unit had been leaking refrigerant since moving into our townhome to the point where it could be running all day without cooling the house at all. Sean was called in to take a look at the AC unit after the property manager's maintenance team had preformed two temporary repairs. Sean was very quick to respond and came to look at our AC unit the same day. We ended up needing a new AC unit and Sean was great with communicating though the entire process. The turnaround time for everything was very fast! Sean and his workers were very professional and we would be happy to work with them in the future!
Sean was extremely helpful. He found that a previous company that I used for a service had not correctly installed a part. Although I did not get service from him at this time, he took the time to explain to me what was going on and followed up with me to see if I needed anything from him. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use him for any additional services.

I called this morning looking for AC repair. Sean called me back promptly and scheduled a window for me the same day. He came inside, did a quick assessment and inspected my AC Unit. He diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and fixed it right away. He also did a cursory inspection of the other unit and offered to clean it. Sean is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His professionalism and work product are exceptional. I will definitely use Herd’s Heating & Air Conditioning for all future HVAC work.

I just bought this house about two months ago and the previous owner didn’t take care of most of it including the compressor. Yesterday it started to not blow cold air, today it completely stopped. I found Sean through a mutual friend, he came right out to my house (very late I might add, I would’ve had to wait days with someone else) checked everything over, cleaned my unit (it was super dirty) and found my capacitor and contact points were bad. He gave me a fair price and had it fixed in no time. My unit is cranking the cold air now like there’s no tomorrow, smooth and powerful. He’s a super nice guy who actually cares about his customers. Don’t call that big company, he’s the one, don’t keep looking at these big companies where you’re just a number. Sean’s your guy, his company will take care of you.

Was here same day and fixed our AC. Explained billing questions and exactly what he had to do to fix the problem. We already scheduled him to do our annual inspection on our HVAC.
With an emergency AC situation, Sean came out and worked in the pouring rain to repair our AC unit within 2 hours. He is professional and truly cares about his customers! I would highly refer Herd’s to everyone! Blessings! Pastor Michael
