Very knowledgeable, very professional, reasonably priced. Not the cheapest, but we live in the subtropical climate. You want a pro when it comes to HVAC.
If I could give them a zero I would. The technician came out to my house to diagnose my HVAC system. He said it would take a couple weeks to get the diagnosis over my to my home warranty company. THREE MONTHS later there was still no word on the diagnosis. My home warranty company called them throughout the three months and then I started calling them. For two weeks I called and was told I would get a call back from the managers. There was never a call back or any kind of communication. I will never recommend them to anyone. I would also advise to stay away from them if you want your system done in a decent amount of time.

Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my AC. This is the third year in a row they have been out to my house for the same problem. Three different parts have now been replaced and still not working. Had to call them today to figure out why my air was still not working because they also didn't call me after they left my house. The man who came by the first time this year wasn't the most pleasant. He said they didn't have any record of my past issues in their system until I told the man they had been there the last two years in a row. He didn't seem like he believed me but he somehow managed to find my records eventually and stated "well I haven't been here before." Okay, well your company has and you should have a record. I don't know if the man was being argumentative/was arrogant/or just completely lacked people skills but he was not someone I really felt comfortable having in my home. Just to find out they didn't know what was wrong with my air conditioning has now been a 3 week wait with them as well. To boot, the girls on their new answering service, although friendly, have no clue what is going on... ever. I have been told conflicting information on multiple phone calls with them. I am extremely frustrated with this company and will not be using them again.
Prompt & extremely fairly priced. Guys did an outstanding job (replacing entire unit) in short amount of time with little interruption to our household . Energy bills are lower and house is cooler! I'm 100% satisfied !!!

Nate Hendricks is my HVAC”guy for life”. I had a mid summer problem and within hours he had me up and running again. PROFESSIONAL, friendly, conscientious, prompt and informative. I have even singed up for their twice a year unit check up and cleaning plan.
