Our service Tech Bobby was great! He was professional, informative, and friendly. He was very thorough in checking to make sure our system was working properly and gave really helpful advice about properly maintaining it so it would be the most efficient during the hot summer.
I have used Hendrick several times and always had a good experience. Always impressed at how prompt they are for same day emergency calls. The crew is always kind, professional, and very helpful. I have almost 100 year old house and they have been able to address and fix all the issues! Thank you!

There have been a handful of times that we have had an issue with our heating or air units and Hendrick always shows up for us! Most recently, one of our AC units went out at 6:30 PM on a Sunday and we had a worker at our house by 8:30 PM and were back up and running within an hour! Cannot recommend this company enough!
Installed a whole home generator in 2 days, very responsive and did a great job installing, also received a more than fair quote.

Thank you so much! Yesterday after 7 days with no power after the storm we came home and the AC wasn’t cooling. I text this morning and was immediately contacted back and was set up for a service call for today between 2 and 6pm. At 4pm they were here and had it fixed with 30 minutes or less. And no one can beat their prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help. David did a great job and was fast and very polite and professional. Thanks again!
Great family owned company! Used them multiple times, recommended them many times...First, the office people actually answer the phone and extremely responsive to the needs of the customer...HVAc prices are very competitive and they install HVAC very quickly..Have a service plan for HVAC and guys do show up and service my HVAC without me calling...Very professional! Thank u
Mike was real quick and knew his area quite well. Because my replacement new unit was installed in a mobile home, they weren't the experts in all areas. But as far as professional expertise and flexibility, they are tops!

Came within time set for them to arrive. Called me about 20 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Took about an hour and a half. Cleaned up after finished. Very polite and professional.
My house was hotter than the pits of hell but they we able to get my ac unit up and running the same day I called! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone suffering in this awful heat!
