Helping Hands heating was dispatched to take care of a warranty claim. Ray went above and beyond to ensure my heating issue was fully resolved before it got too cold. He is a very respectful contractor and it was very obvious to me he cares about his customers. I would recommend his services.
Our home warranty company tried to force us to use this company, and I am so glad that we put our foot down and refused. They were supposed to reach out to schedule an appointment directly with us, and they didn't. I tried multiple times to call, but they didn't answer, and their voicemail was full. I also tried to email, but they never replied to that either. Who wants to work with a contractor that they can't contact? Our warranty company has some unlisted phone number that these guys *do* answer, but that number is not given to customers. No thank you.
