Helping Hand HVAC & Maintenance did an excellent job on my property. The young man that come out took time to explain the problem and was very honest. They are reasonable & diligent. I use them for all my HVAC needs. I called and they came out right away!
I am over the moon with how amazing Helping Hand HVAC was to me and my family. Our A/C stopped blowing cold around 7pm on Tuesday and by 2:00pm Wednesday the next day, they had us up and running again!!!! They were able to work us in and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of getting here. No fuss and no issues with pricing or scheduling. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I was referred by another one of their customers and they said the same thing as I just did. They will not disappoint you and in fact they will surprise you. A lot of HVAC companies have additional service fees, try to sale you additional services, and etc. Not these guys, straight to the point and no BS. James and his helper that came to our rescue are welcome at our home again anytime. Thanks again guys for being AWESOME!!

James and Darren are always so nice and professional... I know nothing about my AC and they always make sure to explain the issue as well as the solution. The response time is super quick and the service is always great.
Mr. Darren showed up found the issue and resolved within minutes, made sure everything was working properly assured to not hesitate to contact him if I had any others issues.

I really appreciate the service that I received from Darren. We have used this company on multiple occasions to repair our system that wasn't working properly. Mr. Darren repaired our system and then gave us a warranty on his service. We then contacted him about installing a system in our basement that we were getting finished. He did great work on it as well and has came to check out any other issues we may have had. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent company!!!

I've used this company back in 2019 for HVAC new installation and their response time was quickand the service was great. Fast forward brought another house and I had to use this as business again and like before they had me on the schedule and was out to me within two business days and installed my 2 systems. So great full and will continue to do business and refer business to them in the near future.
Installed a garbage disposal
James and Darren were both professional and informative. As a first time homebuyer, they explained the ins and out of my system and even discovered some issues with unit that will save me in the long run. I appreciate the team for coming out during the holiday and making sure I had heat before the artic blast that we are set to have this weekend. I highly recommend this team and have their contact information saved for any future HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs!
After dealing with a number of different HVAC companies over the last few months to determine a cooling issue and obtain quotes for AC repairs, I found Helping Hand HVAC & Maintenance on the BBB website and so thankful that I did. Helping Hand HVAC was able to fit me in their work schedule and repaired the line set for the AC at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the work and did not hesitate to call when the outside temperatures dropped and had to switch to heat. Once again, they fit me into their schedule to come out and access the issue and explained in terms that I could understand. The heat issue has been resolved as well and I am now able to switch between A/C and heat with no issues.
Darren was very responsive and professional. I needed a new unit installed right away and he got the job done on time and at a great price. Highly recommend.
I normally do not write reviews however without question this is the best HVAC company I've ever used. I've used them multiple times for various AC and heating installation and repairs. They are extremely professional, when they came to my home they provided multiple options for resolving my issues. What I love about them is there was no pressure to select the most expensive option. They methodically explained each option and provided pros and cons for each. When I need HVAC assistance the only company I will use is Helping Hand.
