Samuel and Angelica are amazing! Angelica got us in right away, mind you we were last minute appointment and we have a 3 month old baby at home so we were stressing about the A/C going out. When Samuel came to the house he had a diagnosis right away within the time the A/c unit turned on! He got it fixed the same day, he was very honest and professional and they have fair pricing! WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much guys!
Sam and Angelica are a pleasure to do business with. They are both very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend Hellerud to anyone in need of a new A/C and heating system. We are most pleased with our new HVAC system. Sam and his assistant were also very neat when installing our new system.
Wow!!! We called Hellerud to address some problems on a unit they did not originally install. Not only did they come out quickly, the tech was polite, honest, and thoughtfully explained everything he was doing. This is absolutely my new HVAC service and it should be yours, too.
Samuel showed up 9n time and was very professional. He was able to diagnose and repair our issue on our A/C unit in a timely manner. I recommend Hellerud Air and will definitely be calling them out for any future A/C issues.
I highly recommend Sam and Hellerud Air. He came on time and and was able to install our new mini-split in short order and spent time to review the operation of it. Great installation job. I woke up on a Mon with my upstairs AC not working. I DM'd Hellerud at 6:50AM, hoping they'd respond later, but soon. They responded by 7AM and had someone at my door by 7:45AM! It was totally fixed by 2PM for a fair price. Family owned, small company, responsive, polite, fair, WOW! Made my life better in 1 day! Thanks so much Hellerud!!

This company is amazing. They are super responsive, family-run and work 24/7 to make sure you are taken care of. My A/C went out in July ... at the peak of summer heat ... and they were able to get to my house within hours of my call. When I then decided to install a new unit, I literally signed the paperwork on a Sunday and had the unit installed on Tuesday. I couldn't more highly recommend their integrity and commitment. Five stars from me.
My AC went out a couple days ago and after doing some neighborhood fb page reviews and getting a few different quotes I decided on Hellerud. I’m so glad I did because I saved a bunch of money. Hellerud was extremely professional and they had my AC up and running within a few hours of calling them. I highly recommend this company.
Angela was quick to respond to my Facebook request for help with an emergency AC request. When I contacted her, she messaged me back right away, and within a few minutes, I had an appointment set up for the following day! Sam was right on time in the service appointment window, and he was able to diagnose my problem right away. He had great advice regarding my options for the next step, gave honest feedback regarding a few different products, and provided estimated prices to help me decide. He was back within a few days to set up the new thermostat, right on-time with another knowledgeable technician, and completed the job quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this excellent company and have already directed several other people to them. I'll continue to use them for all of my AC issues!
This is the second time we use Hellerud Air and they do not disappoint. We used them for regular maintenance and this time for a repair. They were able to have someone come out the same day I contacted them. Jesus came to check out the problem he was great at letting us know what the issue was and was able to provide us with a quote. They came out the next day to do the repair and at last we have cool air downstairs again. They have great communication and are a fair and honest company. Do not hesitate to use them.
These guys are simply awesome! Quality of work is outstanding. They explain as much or as little as you please, and will show pictures of what they're looking at and is in need of maintenance. Very friendly, very straightforward. I won't use another HVAC company if I can help it.
Sam came to do A/C maintenance and found a few issues from a previous owner/install. He documented everything with pictures and videos to show me the issues. His repairs were timely, and he went above and beyond to work with the warranty and make it a stressless process for me. Great communication from this company. I will 100% use them for any HVAC repairs.
We used Hellrud Air for new heating and ac. Install. Sam explained everything and patiently answered every question. He was on time, cleaned up his mess and even brought in someone to fix the attic entrance as the units were too large. With this came new fancy thermostats. And he had lots of patience with that explanation. While in the attic he noticed some of our ducts were crimped or not looking like they should and fixed them. Oh my what a difference this has made in the house. Cold rooms are warm and hot rooms are now cold. Having the new AC this summer will be interesting. We have called him since with various questions and he has always returned our call or text in a timely manner. We fully recommend this company.
Since summer is coming to a close, I feel confident to write this. Hellerud came to my house to replace my AC coil. When Sam came out and inspected it, he informed me that he could just braze the damaged area and recharge the system. It worked, but was not blowing cold a few days later. They were very quick at returning my calls. As it turns out, I rewired my thermostat incorrectly and he came back out and wired it up properly. No charge. He is honest, upfront and friendly and he did NOT try and upsell me on any product or service. That was in March and it is now September and its been running non-stop all summer. This is a great local SMALL business, I highly recommend Hellerud Air.
We had an undersized AC/heating unit in our home that had crapped out for the second floor of our home, and Hellerud Air came out the same day, was more than personable, experienced, efficient, and professional. Answered all of our questions, work was done timely, and found things that the builder had done incorrectly and fixed those also! We are more than happy with the service provided, and will be defiantly contacting them with any future needs, and referring them to all our friends and neighbors for any needs they have. Sam checked out my AC unit & gave me details of its condition. He gave me a recommendation & was honest in his assessment. That service will be done by Hellerud in a year due to his integrity & customer service. I will be using Hellerud for all my AC & HVAC needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I cannot recommend Hellerud Air more!! Call them if you need a service! My AC went out over night. Called them in the morning. Samuel came out and explained everything that was going on. Fixed in a reasonable time for a reasonable price and was on his way....and I had cool air in my home again. He also helped me install a smart thermostat I was have trouble with! Thank you so so so much Samuel and Angelica!!!
As so many other reviews of Sam and Angelica state- these two have pride in their family business and show over and over again that the customers are top priority. We had an issue that was diagnosed and fixed quickly. We will have no troubles continuing business with Hellerud! Thanks for your prompt attention and fair prices.
