Words can’t describe what a pleasure it was to work with Heights AC. They placed a wall unit on my garage apartment and the job was done efficiently, beautifully, and it was affordable. Sarah and her husband are so professional with an amazing work ethics that is hard to find these days. Don’t think twice about calling them. They are the best in town!
Top-notch experience with Heights AC & Heating; their attention to detail and customer service all thru the process was on-point and a relief, honestly. We had moved into a new (to me) house and had them come out to check our AC systems since the house had been rented many years before we moved in and we assumed proper maintenance hadnt been done over the years. Our systems were working ok but we weren’t sure whether they needed to be replaced or what should happen. The technicians that came out were prompt and on time, professional and super informative, and gave recommendations. At no point were they salesy or pushy, and in fact gave us several options for how we could proceed. We did opt to replace our two units because it was nearing summer time and we were concerned about having a possible AC crisis in the heat of the summer. We picked mid grade systems and were able to finance them thank god. The day of install ran super smooth, and both owners, Sarah and Thomas, came out to supervise and expedite the whole process. They even identified some odd ductwork that was done in our house that was creating poor airflow in some areas and they reworked all that. I think the best part of the process was that I had a bunch of questions and Thomas was super patient with me and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Overall, I would highly recommend Heights AC; a veteran-owned company with a solid team and unmatched customer service. That’s hard to find these days! Also, just want to note that our electric bill has been cut in half; this is with choosing mid range systems AND keeping our AC on cooler temps!!! Fantastic!!
Go with this company, you will not regret it. They do not upsell and their pricing is fair. Had an issue that we thought might be zoning but Mitch was able to diagnosis the problem (our damper) and fix it in a few days. Now AC is blowing like new. Thanks heights AC! We will be recommending to all of our neighbors.
Sarah and Thomas were a Godsent. When the cold front hit Houston in November, the heater in my home was not functioning. They came out and diagnosed the issue perfectly, and provided a thorough analysis of what needed to be done to repair it properly. They went above and beyond during a time of despair (and freezing cold temperatures) that I had been enduring for a week. These two operate their business with strong ethics and integrity. Being a former small business owner myself, I was very impressed. I highly recommend them!
Very happy with the responsiveness, customer service, quality, and expertise! They had someone out the next day and had it working within two business days. They even came back a few days later to make sure the coolant levels were ok after the weather warmed back up, because of course a cold front came in the day of the repair.
Thomas and Sarah are amazing! They’re extremely responsive and live up to their motto of “old fashioned customer service.” My outdoor unit was on the fritz and Thomas come over and repaired it when I expected it would at least be a couple days before they could get to me with the heat as it is. Their whole team has worked in some capacity at my home, from all new install to annual checkups. Sarah, Thomas, Mitch, and the crew are professional and know how to explain the issue. I highly recommend you give them a call and experience this yourself.
Bought unit from them in 2019. Great price, unmatched customer service, on time and very quick response time. No issues from equipment thus far. Great company with excellent quality control.
Showed up on time, ran some tests to determine the issue, fixed the issue (even though access was problematic), had everything he needed on hand, no fluff or sales pitches for things that weren’t necessary (in fact, he gave great recommendations on what a realistic maintenance schedule should look like), and was in and out within about 40 minutes. It’s been several weeks since his visit and everything is still working great. Literally the best AC service company I’ve ever experienced.
MItch came out for a list of maintenance items and small repairs. He was on time, completed all the services that we needed, didn't try add on a bunch of unneeded work, and explained everything well. The experience was great and we will be using them again if we have future issues down the road.
I had my furnace malfunction on me and I submitted a quote request after normal office hours. One of the co-owners reached out to me that night to inform me that one of her technicians will contact me the following morning. The technician reached out the next day and consulted with me potential reasons why my furnace wasn't working, then we concluded that he needed to be on-site. He came within 10-15 minutes and was on time. Took a look at the furnace and shared with me his analysis. He was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the experience. Overall, I am pleased with my interaction with this local company. They were very responsive, professional, friendly, and punctual. The cost was okay considering all that was done was flipping some safety switches, but it was worth the timely assistance.
The team at Heights A/C including Thomas, Sarah, and Randy are great. Our AC stopped working late at night and they were at our house by 12pm the next day! Diagnosed the issue quickly and gave an honest quote and were able to fix it within two days including ordering the part. They are trustworthy and quick, will definitely be using them again!
I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell us. They did a good job and showed up when they said they would.
My parents and I both use Heights AC for our homes (we don’t live in the Heights, inside the loop) Heights AC have provided repairs, installations, and maintenance. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Additional pros: -we interact with the same people (appears little to no turnover through the years) -local business -the service techs listen and thoroughly explain things
Sarah, Thomas and crew are amazing! Very responsive when the need arises and are very knowledgeable. They even came out the same morning I contacted them. They install top notch products and can diagnose any current or previous issues. Highly recommend their team. They will take great care of you!

I called Heights A/C on a Saturday noon about an A/C unit that would not come on at all. I thought I would book a visit for Monday. But since I was without heat at all, Thomas came out on Sunday morning. The problem was just a burnt fuse so the fix was easy and quick. As a result, and despite taking on his Sunday family, Thomas declined any payment and instead told me not to worry about it. Nothing to add to such customer service!
Heights AC was extremely professional. Mitchell was able to diagnose and repair what our home warranty’s contractor couldn’t. We haven’t had problems since and are happy to recommend Heights AC to our other neighbors.
Exceeded my expectations. I was promised a call back and it happened right away. Was able to get an appointment not only the same day but right away. Randy found the issue, fixed it and within an hour after my call, A/C was up & running. Your quick response helped my elderly father. Can't thank you enough.
Heights AC is the third ac company I have used in Houston and the first who I trust. I will use them again no matter where in Houston I move to. They actually know what they are doing versus the other companies I used who just try random things with the hope that something works.
