Zero communication, missed appointments, unresponsive when calling. I would never use this company if the warranty company didn't assign them to us. FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN RETURN YOUR CALL OR UPDATE YOU WHEN ITS 100 DEGREES IN YOUR HOME FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT

This Company has been a joke from the get-go no communication whatsoever it feels like 100° outside feels like 89 inside my house I have to call every single time I wanna status they have never ever communicated with me from the beginning… and they always have 100 excuses as to why they haven’t got to my house yet it’s always somebody else’s fault.

We had Hedberg come out for a home warranty call. The techs were friendly and thorough and explained in detail what was causing my ac to fail. They also warned me that warranty repairs can sometimes take a while to get the repairs completed, which my wife and I were not happy to hear. A couple of times during the next week, we tried to reach them and had some issues with that, but when we looked at our receipt found an email address which allowed us to reach them that way. RJ responded that day, and filled us in about what was holding up the repair. A few days later, their crew came and installed the new ac in just 4 hours! We were frustrated with the process, but have come to realize that the money we saved made the wait worth it. Our new AC is cooling great! Thanks Hedberg Heating and Air!

We have a homeowners insurance policy to repair our AC, and were referred to Hedberg to make the repairs. The first person did come out on a weekend, and told us he would return on the Monday, which he did. We were told that parts had to be ordered, and were told that it should be available within a few days. However, we were without A.C. for 3 1/2 weeks while we waited for parts. I do understand that we have an older unit, and parts had to be ordered, but there was no communication after that. After that, we got a notice from the Old Republic insurance company wanting authorization to order the parts. I did not have the required information (i.e. - part numbers, costs, etc), so I called Hedberg, and he said he would take care of it. That was on a Friday, and the next Monday was a holiday, so per previous conversations, I expected that the parts would have been available by the end of that week. That was the last I heard from them for another 2 weeks. I tried to call the insurance company to find out what was going on, but all I could get from them was an automated voicemail system that did me absolutely no good at all. I called again on 6/14, 3 1/2 weeks after the first call. I will admit that I was quite irate, but the person I spoke to seemed unconcerned, and said that I was not the only person in that situation. I will also admit that I was not concerned about the other people, only my own situation. In the 3 1/2 weeks we were without A.C., my granddaughters fish died from the heat, my dogs were miserable, panting and not being able to get cool. My husband has heart and breathing problems, and I have respiratory problems, as well. I was in no mood to be told that other people had A.C. issues as well. They finally showed up with the parts on Wednesday, but had to return on the next day, which made a full month without AC! Our AC went out the week before Christmas, after filing a claim with our home warranty company Hedberg Heating and Air were assigned to diagnose our issue. Never hearing of this company before of course I google them and reading the reviews I was skeptical about them servicing us. They came out December 23rd and we’re very friendly and thorough with their process. Even after finding the issue they checked the full system to make sure there wasn’t anything else going on. Unfortunately they didn’t have the PC board on hand to fix it that day. They explained the problem and said they would be in touch once they received the part. I touched based with them the following Monday and no luck with the part yet. On Thursday December 31st I reached out to them and they had found the part and would be by that evening to fix it. They installed it and triple checked the system worked like it should. I am very happy with the service we received especially during the holiday season. The 2 technicians were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and if needed in the future would prefer to have them service our AC.

Poor quality, not professional, not responsive, not on time. Worst experience ever. My system is not keeping up water dripping from vents possiblity of damage after days of it going this and this company not responding to calls texts or emails. They do not work evenings or weekends. .. Add on. After I left this review and still needed my ac to be fixed correctly. I called and got ahold of company. The person answering had read this review was rude and called me out for leaving it. I told him I would gladly retract if they fixed my ac correctly. He sent someone out who never walked in, said they added freon and left. Noone with this company bothered to follow up with me. I ended up hiring someone else who had to remove the airhandler and completely reinstall the system to fix the problem. In addition, while he was making the repair found that no disconnect nor no heater existed. So they were guaranteeing more business this winter for themselves. I'm pretty sure my lawyer and warranty company might consider this fraud.

Absolutely the WORST! Broken Promises, No return Phone Calls, Lies, and No Shows. Do yourself a favor, Do NOT use this company. If your Warranty Company assigns them to you, request a different contractor. After waiting three weeks with no A/C because these guys couldn't get around to coming out for a THIRD time to correct the repair, I finally gave up and bought a new one.
