We have used Heavenly Air for about 3 years and have always received prompt, awesome service, and fair pricing. Mike, the owner, or Ralph his son-in-law are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. Last fall, Mike had quoted us an estimate for a new outside unit, but we were not ready at the time financially. When we called him when our unit gave out, he honored the quote. Our new unit works great!! Especially in this record high summer. Today I had to call again, for a different issue and Ralph was out here in a little over an hour. We highly recommend them. All-new system was improperly installed in 2019, collapsing my ceiling a month later. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation investigated and found multiple code violations. Michael is a nice guy who is dangerously bad at his job.

Extremely disappointed with this company, got this A/C unit installed since May and already had to have 2 service calls at 75 dollars the service call in less than 5 months. Instead of setting up an efficient and professional draining system for the AC unit, I get a pump that now is leaking all over inside my house and now I have to pay 400+ To get them to properly set up proper drainage ? A 6700 dollar purchase for the system, installation but a proper drainage is not part of that installation with only insurance on the AC part but no insurance that a proper service and installation was done ?! Hard to believe I’ve been provided a good profesional service.
I had an ac problem so I asked for recommendations from coworkers. One of them suggested Heavenly Air so I gave them a call. Wow! Great service with incredibly fair pricing. The technician arrived to my property and took care of my hvac issues promptly. I’d recommend this company to everyone.
I met and received estimates from multiple companies around San Antonio who sent salesmen. Mike is different. He gives you an honest estimate, gives you a breakdown, and does the work himself. He has the knowledge and experience to tell you exactly what you what need, tells you what to expect from the system, and does a really GREAT job! I really can't express how different Heavenly was the other companies I talked you. Thanks Mike!
