During the heat of summer, my condenser decided to die out on me and my house was unbearable to live in. I contacted Nick at Heatwave and he was very helpful in resolving my problem. Nick provided me with all my options and was so informative. I felt zero pressure regarding the process and was confident that there was no unnecessary services being added. The team was able to squeeze me in on really short notice and they came out and replace my condenser. They were more than professional, made sure I was completely satisfied, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I know home AC systems can be intimidating but you’re in good hands with Heatwave!
