Heat right was professional from start to finish Derrick kept me in formed of everything when I had concerns he answered everything they did a great job
Called to have them take a look at an air conditioning issue. Gave me a time, an hour and a half later he still did not show. I called and he said he was 20 minutes away. Three days later I'm still waiting for him. He NEVER showed up and NEVER even called.

My heater wasn't working & I called this company last minute & they came out right away to service my heater. Derrick the service guy was very polite & helpful. Heatright was able to let us know what was wrong & was able to provide us with the price of the part before charging us. Our heater is working more efficient then before. Thanks Heatright!!
