Excellent service, extremely helpful to me. I heard about this company through a friend, and I would recommend them to anybody who needs any kind of HVAC help. Able to help on very short notice. Bob is an extremely helpful guy.
I bought a house a few years ago that had a bunch of equipment that was consider high end over a decade ago, but now it just is a bunch of overly complicated equipment that started to break down. Over the last year, the furnace started leaking, air exchanger went out, and the ac needed repair. It was an expensive overhaul but the pricing was fair considering the amount of time spent trying to moderize everything. They also made a number of small axillary improvements along the way. When dealing with Bob or Nate, I always know they will be up front and honest with the issues and fix them.
I had an excellent experience with HeatPro and specifically with Bob, who came to fix my AC. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing to me. He was also very courteous and respectful of my home, and he made sure to clean up after himself when he was finished. Most importantly, Bob was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC quickly and effectively. Thanks to him, my home is cool and comfortable once again. I would highly recommend Bob and HeatPro to anyone who needs AC repair or service.
Turned on my ac unit it was really loud so I contacted Bob Mason at heat pro's and they got us on the schedule. His technician Nathan came out on time and replaces the contact on my unit now it works great . I won't use anyone else than heat pro's.
Bob services are amazing!!! He came out when my furnace wasn’t working within hours to trouble shoot and fix that very same night! My furnace is 30 yrs old and should be replaced but was advised by Bob that I have life in it still so don’t replace it just yet. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this owner and operator of this company and will be recommending his services to everyone I know! This kind of service is hard to come by now days and glad I found such a reputable company that gives great service and great results!

Great to do business with. Bob was great, assessed the situation and gave me all the options when my furnace broke down. I opted to have my antique furnace replaced. Bob showed up the following Monday to replace my furnace, very respectful of my property and home. Installed new furnace. Everything went perfect, I will use and recommend Heatpro for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. I highly recommend Heatpro heating and air conditioning. Can't say enough about the service, quality and value. Thank you so much.
I called heat pro about 8:30 am and left a message about a furnace that wasn't working right. Got a return call very fast and had a service man on sight within the hour. After a few checks, it was figured out and with parts on hand it was fixed before 10 am. Very thankful he was able to fix my older furnace.

Heatpro is an efficient, fast and professional organization. They will provide an estimate over the phone. This save a service charge that most furnace repair companies charge. I give them a five star rating!!!
When our furnace unexpectedly stopped working after 5 pm, I contacted Bob and he helped me try to troubleshoot it over the phone and when we couldn't figure it out, he was able to get someone out the next morning to get it taken care of.
They were very quick with responding and helping me troubleshoot my furnace not starting up… it’s going to be -16 tonight and we need the heat! Thank you for the help. I will definitely be calling you guys anytime I’m in trouble.

I called Bob when my furnace burners would only run a few seconds and then shut off. Since it was a simple maintenance repair he saved me time & money by safely walking me through the procedure on the phone. Furnace is running like new again. He’s fixed my brother’s furnace before and is highly recommended by my realtor friend. He’s very knowledgeable and highly qualified with lots of experience.
Great company. I have used them several times, to install the furnace and also to maintain it. Gentleman that came today to look at furnace was very nice, thorough and came at the last minute since he was in the area. Great experience.
We used HeatPro for service on our furnace. I was incredibly impressed with Bob's professionalism and quality of work. He was able to diagnose our heating problem and fix it quickly. He also educated us on filters - what to do and not to do. I would highly recommend HeatPro!
Use them if you're looking for an honest appraisal. I had an estimator from a different company come out and tell me why I wasn't getting heat into the basement. They would solve it for $3500 by adding another duct and cutting through the wall. Heat pro took a look and noticed a damper was closed. We opened it and the heat flowed. I'll always use them in the future
100% give him a call! Our AC went out on one of the hotter days last week (July 4 weekend). I gave Heatpro a call and Bob was at my door within a few minutes. He was friendly, easy to work with, and honest. He educated me on how to get my AC back up and running while we waited for the part to come in (which he typically stocks but had just used on a different job). I was thinking it wouldn't be until the following week but he gave me a call the following day with the part in hand. He came over 15 min later, installed the part within the hour, and my house has been crispy and cold since. We have an older AC unit that will need to be replaced next year and I'm absolutely giving Bob a call back to take care of it.
After our 18-year-old A/C unit lost it's refrigerant charge, Heatpro installed a new unit for us quickly and efficiently. When the new unit wasn't cooling us down, Bob came out again right away to help us solve the problem. It turns out that driving a sheetrock screw through the A/C pipe was a bad idea 25 years ago! Even though this was our fault, Bob came out several times to help us find and fix this problem under our living room floor. He was very responsive and didn't want to charge us his additional time. We highly recommend Heatpro!
