On a hot day with no ac, I could not get anyone to come out or even call back until I called Heating and Cooling Express he called back within minutes and showed up when he said he would later that same day. He was responsive and knowledgeable. He found the problem immediately, changed the part, cleaned the a/c unit and voila. thanks for a job well done.
