I have 2 A/C units. Amir and crew replaced one last year. The 2nd unit, although working was at the end of its life span. Time to replace before it breaks. Furnace also was at the end of its life span as well. The entire crew replaced it all. Everything was covered and clean. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!!
After frustrating experiences with 2 other companies, Amir and his team delivered! He came when he said he would, promptly gave a complete and fair proposal (and did not try to upsell us to a larger unit). And then he showed up right on time with his team to do the install of a new AC unit and lines. They completed a complicated job in 1 day, replacing the coil, compressor, running new refrigerant lines up the side of the house and installing a new filter box and additional air return. They were thorough and professional. And Maria in the office, who I spoke to a number of times was very professional and responsive in answering any questions that arose re: the process. Amir was conscientious, fair and communicated clearly and followed through exactly as he said he would with no surprise charges. He even followed up by calling us the next day and dropped off an extra filter. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely call him for any future HVAC needs.

Amir and his team at heating cooling and beyond was amazing to work with and extremely professional. Fair prices and amazing service! I wouldn’t recommend any other company for any air conditioning services or needs. They are quick and they get the job done. My house has stayed cool during these hot summer days which is such a blessing. Thank you guys again! This company won’t disappoint!
Wow! What a great company to work with! My heating system in my house broke during the recent cold spell and Amir and his team responded immediately and repaired my system right away. After freezing for one night, I cannot thank Amir and the team enough for taking care of me and ensuring it doesn't happen again!

Amazing customer service and clear communication. From Amir, the owner, who came to give me the quote to Jamie at the office working out logistics, to Juan who did the work - the whole team was amazing. I have been a homeowner for over 15 years and I've never been happier with a Service Company doing work on my home! They explain their work, offer a great price (I shopped comparisons), and highly respect their customers. They replaced the duct work on my newly purchased house and installed a whole-house fan. They explained options for those services as well as additional services, giving straight forward quotes without being pushy. They met their quote and their timeline. I will definitely use them in the future!

"BEYOND" only begins to describe the excellent experience we just had with Amir and his crew. After getting a very high estimate from a well-known local HVAC company, we decided to sleep on the proposal, rather than cave to the sales pitch that went on for nearly 3 hours. In doing so, we not only saved about $3,000, we were fortunate enough to hire a man of integrity, honesty and advanced knowledge of his trade. Amir responded to my late night email the following morning, and was here later that afternoon with an estimate, and a crew ready to start the next day. (he actually completed part of the job that same day, removing all the old AC and furnace equipment, readying the area for an early start). His crew arrived the next morning at 8am, worked straight through until 4pm, and our installation was no easy feat (Furnace located in the attic, discovery of old plastic PVC that required re-piping with copper, and working on a very hot day, with uh..NO AC!) This warrants further mention that he didn't charge us extra for that pipe work, as it wasn't in the original estimate. A true man of his word! Every great review is well-earned by Heating, Cooling & Beyond! We are so happy with our new unit, especially with the heatwave this weekend. I always do a lot of research before hiring anyone for service. If you are researching heating and air conditioning service, I suggest you look no further than Heating, Cooling, and Beyond in Oak Park. I had a 40-year-old condenser that was destined to die in the middle of a heat wave. I called Amir to have it replaced and from beginning to end it was a thoroughly positive experience. Professional, friendly, fair, and fast. And this goes for the people he has working for him. He is the person you are hoping to get when you need an installation or a repair. He sees it is done right and to a high standard and makes sure you are completely satisfied. This would be enough, but there was some unforeseen additional work in the installation and he did not add this cost to the initial estimate. This was beyond what I expected and was uniquely generous and customer friendly.
When I arrived home from work the house was very cold. I knew I did not run out of oil so I figured it must be the oil burner. I checked it and it was cold. I called Heating and Cooling of Oak Park and started my wood burning stove, in the den where I waited until they came. In only an hour or so, a technician arrived. He replaced my thermostat and that was it. I thought I was looking at thousands of dollars but it was only a little over one hundred. I am so happy with the service.
The first cold day of the year and I turned on my heat on for the first time. It ran but the air was not very warm. I did what I did last time I needed furnace repair. I called Heating and Cooling whose name I saved on the unit. Despite being their busiest day, the technician could get to me late in the day. He fixed the problem in a short while which was basically a low flame. He charged me a very fair price. Once again, I was very happy with the service from Heating and Cooling.
