Shawn was amazing in helping us to fix our A/C issues. He let me call him at 11:00pm for him to help me fix my A/C and walked me through the entire process (he was planning on coming the next day to repair it himself for our appointment but was concerned that we didn’t have A/C especially during the heat wave we were having). I don’t know many people who go above and beyond that way to help their customers. I highly recommend you using this guy for your HVAC issues, he’ll be responsive and kind and will be fair in his pricing
Sean was such a sweetheart to work with. Very patient with us and was willing to try damn near anything to get our A/C fixed which is situated in an older building with an older unit. Thank you for relieving us from living in an oven!

Had a company come out to do an inspection of our heater and said we needed a whole new system. Had Shawn come out and nothing the other company said was bad was actually bad. He showed pictures to us would 100% recommend him.

Shawn has helped us more than once when we were in a pinch. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us what to watch for and how to maintain our equipment. He was very clean and conscious in keeping our home clean, and advised us if we have any future issues he has our back. We highly recommend him.
Our furnace stopped working and Shawn came out the same day to make sure we had heat so we were able to bring our kids home and sleep under our own roof. He's a stand up guy and didn't try to force us into buying a new furnace like the 2 other companies we talked to.

When our furnace unexpectedly went out we had no idea what to do or who to call. Luckily we found shawn and when we called, he was willing to come even on such short notice. Easy to get a hold of and very helpful, it was fixed within 24 hours. I will 100% be calling shawn for all my HVAC needs!
I called Shawn after my furnace wasn’t working in the morning. He was very responsive & helpful. He acted like it wasn’t going to be a problem to come out the same day and fix my furnace. Shawn showed up later that day and fixed my furnace. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. Plus, it’s his business and I like to support small business owners. Shawn was great, answered and available when a couple other places weren't. Actual late night service! Fast, professional, and courteous service. Got my furnace diagnosed and repaired in no time, back up and running before the house even got cold. Great price too. Very satisfied customer.
We called our home warranty place on Tuesday evening. Shawn called on Wednesday morning and talked to me about scheduling. He was able to come out the next day and assess the situation. Unfortunately we needed a brand new furnace with the issues that we were having. He told us that we could have it installed as early as Friday. Well needless to say we were able to get it installed the same day! Shaun and his team were so amazing to deal with. They were very professional and punctual. and I am very Grateful that they were able to get our furnace replaced as quickly as they did. I will most certainly be contacting them again if something else happens with my HVAC needs. Thanks guys!
