Fake quality and low service.
Bad service and fake quality.
I am happy with the service! I found this company online for an ac heating repair and did not hesitate to ask for assistance. The service technician who came to my place is incredibly professional and proficient. He had my unit fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I will surely recommend their service to everyone I know!
The ac and furnace repair service that this HVAC repair company provided was totally impressive. Awesome service! very professional and staff are courteous. Gabriel, the tech, showed on time and very knowledgeable and explained to us the cause of the problem. I signed up for the annual maintenance service of both my heating and cooling system. I recommend to give them a chance to help you.
We used Air Conditioner Installation by John a second this past summer. They continue to excellent: knowledgeable, prompt, did good work, and good communication. We will keep using them. I can only speak from experience and I have heard nothing but good things about this place.
I have used Sawtelle Heating and Air Conditioning for my Central air conditioner installation. The companies customer service has been brilliant every time. The staff are very friendly and always explain things with a lot of detail and honesty. Happy with the service so far. Excellent team working to complete my job today. Our AC stopped working on the hottest of days. I called Sawtelle Heating and Air Conditioning and offered me the next available appointment time on the following day. Alex and his assistant arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and went about fixing it for a fair price in a manner. I am happily writing this in air conditioned comfort.
Excellent and honest service from these guys. I called Sawtelle Heating and Air Conditioning yesterday with AC not cooling. Benny came over this morning, diagnosed that I needed a couple pounds of refrigerant and a new fan motor and in less than an hour. I was back in action with cold air! He was professional, neat and efficient. If you want top notch service and not pay on parts that you don't need, then this is the one. However, everything from service to professionalism was spot on. Would recommend.
I was proud to become one of clients in Sawtelle Heating and Air Conditioning. The service was very pleasant, satisfying, friendly and knowledgeable. They will not do repair exactly but they will undergo observation and test the AC system by Multi-tester. Then that’s the time they will do repair after the diagnoses the system. Highly recommend to everyone.
