Larry, the technician expertly installed a new spigot outside the house. He also was able to find the second turn off valve inside the house, that no one else was able to find. Great work!
My experience with this company was a very pleasant one. I have used them in more than 3 of my properties and I was very pleased with their work. They are very professional. They explained what was wrong with the unit and tells me what it will cost to fix or install a new one before they start the work. I have found their cost to be comparable to others and sometimes cheaper too and most important they do a very good work.
They refer to me for plumbing issue by my home warranty company. After an ongoing Plumbing backup issue they told me I needed to replace my pipes, verbal quote of $15,000 thousand dollars. I asked for something in writing and was basically ghosted by them after that. Try calling them several times to get the quote in writing and never heard from them. Ultimately reached out to some other plumbers got other quotes that were all under 10. I used Interstate and they did the job in one day.
Was able to get service right away and have problem resolved. Very reasonable pricing.

I called this morning to ask for an inspection of my home's furnace along with duct cleaning, and the person on the phone confirmed both of these and put me down for an appointment in a 2pm-4pm window. Their technician showed up shortly before 1:30pm while I was still on calls for work, and then told me that they could not do the duct cleaning and I would have to call someone else for that. Very bad all-around experience, and disappointing given the reviews they have on here.
Jimmy changed my water heater. The plumber, Jake was fantastic and very personable. There was some problem with my old cabinetry (where the water heater was stored) but Jimmy was responsive and fair. Would use again!
Great service cleaning the outside A/C unit. Very reasonable price.
My AC stopped working on what seemed like the hottest day of the year..i called them early in the morning and by 1pm they were out to my house fixing the problem. i cant thank him enough for his fast response and great professional service.
