Technician arrived while the service was no longer needed. He got hostile for the service fee, and didn’t leave. I had to receive the service and paid the fee to avoid an incident.
These guys are scammers. My furnace was producing a high-pitched sound. They quoted me 800$ to replace the gas valve for the furnace. Which was functioning properly. The real issue was in the flexible gas pipe. We replaced it ourselves for 20$ in 20 minutes. Not to mention, that at first they proposed 5k to go through every nut and bolt in a furnace (the new one costs 2k), and their next level of service was around 3k. Stay away from them.
I worked with Sahir. He was awesome. I have a 4month old infant son. My furnace went out. Super super cold! I called several HVAC repair guys and they gave me a long wait time with 4 days to wait for parts, and more expensive. Sahir was able obtain the parts needed, fix the problem, and clean up as if it never happened within 3 hours. Did I mentioned he went above and assisted in making sure carbon monoxide was not leaking. Which it was. He fixed it out of curtesy. This shows that the company cares for its clients. Thanks again Sahir! Well recommend.
The technician Saher came and fixed everything within the same day I reached out. Very fast and professional.
Saher did a fantastic job. I was given a fair competitive offer to fix our furnace blower motor, Saher showed up on time, identified the issue, and the right part and tools to fix it, and doubled checked that everything worked fine before he left. I highly recommend Heating and Air.
Omr helped fix the pilot unit on my wall heater and was the only person/company that was honest about what really needed to be fixed. All other companies wanted to replace the whole wall heater at 2-3x the cost. Will always use Omr from now on.
Omar figured out the problem very quickly and I was up and running. He gave me some valuable tips and pointers and even went upstairs to check the vents.
