First, I am not a HVAC technician or electrician, but as a homeowner, it is my responsibility to be able to fix about 95% of issues within my home. I don’t recommend anyone trying to fix certain issues, especially electrical without proper knowledge of mechanical and/or function parts. My AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. The HVAC fan was blowing but no cold air coming out. I checked the AC condenser (outdoor portion of air condition) and seen the fan was not working. I did the usual maintenance check as a homeowner. Checked and reset the breaker, checked the AC disconnect switch and a visual inspection of the unit. After shutting off power at breaker, I opened the cover panel for the AC condenser and inspected the coils, compressor, electrical components, capacitor, and fan. Didn’t notice any physical issues, switched power on and still not working. Tested the capacitor and no power. Realized unit was not getting power. Rechecked AC disconnect and seen the pullout fuse was melted from the constant sunlight on the box. Never replacing electrical parts for an AC unit, I wasn’t sure where to purchase the new AC disconnect parts. Being after 5pm, I called two AC repair places and they were closed. The 3rd place I called I asked the customer service rep, where could I buy parts to an AC unit and let her know I just needed to replace the AC disconnect. She informed me that I am not able to buy AC parts if I am not technician and places like Home Depot or Lowes wouldn’t have what I needed. I asked her to send a tech out and they did the very next morning. That evening when it got cooler, I cut power to AC unit and pulled out the disconnect. I was able to clean the fuses, though melted and the AC condenser worked fine. The Air Supply tech arrived/drove up at exactly 9:18am and left/drove away exactly at 9:30am (my security cameras time check). Update I had a negative experience with the technician originally dispatched. While another company ended up fixing the problem, I did recieve a follow up call from air supply management and they attempted to rectify the situation. Uprating to 3 as they atleast show they care and will try to make up for bad experiences.

I waited this long to write a review for this company, as I don’t like to write negative reviews, however this the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We purchased a brand new ac from them back in 2018, approximately over $9,000. The ac has not worked properly since we have had it. It will not keep our house cool below 76 sometimes 80 degrees. They will say it’s your air ducts or one tech will say yea there is something wrong with your unit. We have had to call them every single summer since. Last year after so many phone calls and tech visits they finally offered to replace the compressor and another part. They did this for free as we had already spent so much money and this was an issue from their unit. Still didn’t work properly afterwards, but at this point what can we do. Now it’s starting to heat up and the ac won’t even turn on. We had another company come out and there is a leak in the compressor, which should never happen. I contacted this company explaining this and they said ok it hasn’t even been a year yet and this should be under warranty, we scheduled for someone to be here on Monday(today). I called today asking when they will be here and they said oh we will be there on Tuesday. As you can imagine I freaked out and started using curse words. Instead of trying to calm me down, she said you cussing at me is completely inappropriate and I am going to hang up on you. I called back trying to explain that I have a right to be upset after spending so much money and this company just won’t resolve it. She told me you can speak to the manager tomorrow and hung up on me again. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and would never treat someone this way. I understand that I was cussing and I don’t like getting like that, but she should could have handled me better.

Last week I posted a single star due to a misdiagnosed service quote. Today I received my service charge in full. This says a lot about the integrity of the Air Supply management. Especially during this time when personnel can admit to an honest mistake. Although my A/C units are now in operation, If ever required I would invite Air Supply to submit a proposal for future repair or replacement. Thank You.

Wow! All I can say is Wow! I called this company because my AC went out and I research Air Supply and contact them. The office staff was very friendly and professional they sent a tech within the hour. We recently bought our first home in Summerlin and our home inspector, Glenn Curtis Master Inspector recommended that we have our AC and furnace checked more thoroughly. We carried out some online research looking for a residential air conditioning and heating company and contacted Air Supply to set up an HVAC maintenance and tune up appointment (which they scheduled the same day). The air conditioning tech that came out was friendly and professional. He did an outstanding job on the ac and furnace inspection. We asked him about several photos that Glenn took of our a/c and heat pump unit which is located on the roof of our new home. The residential heating technician from Air Supply agreed with Glenn's recommendation and we gave him the green light to go ahead with the heating repair and replace the said components. He also added additional freon and even washed our permanent filter and installed a ptrap in our condensation pipe. Thanks for doing such a great job on our air conditioning repair and heating service. We look forward to having you come out again for our next ac or heating maintenance call.
