After a few 90+ degree days in a row our A/C was not keeping up. We called the big company who installed it, but they couldn't come out for almost a week. I called some of the other "big boys" HVAC companies and they were also a few days out and one was "sometime tomorrow, probably late." But we were getting hot now. Heather had others ahead of us, but said she would be out same day. And she was. She took care of the problem, gave great advice on preventative maintenance, and honest information. She charged less than the big boys and got it done quicker. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone. She's also the Jill-of-most-trades for other things too. Heather worked on my ac unit and was very professional. Was fast on getting there to help get us cooled down. Highly recommend.
