It is the best! The technician they sent was insightful and very patient in explaining everything to me as he fixed my dryer vent that needed to be repaired and ac that was not turning on in my bedroom. The service cost was reasonable, and I loved it. He went above and beyond on the service that he was required to perform. Thank you, and highly recommended!

Very disappointing. I made an appointment on a Thursday with them to have my home heater repaired. They said they'd have someone come give an estimate Saturday morning between 8-10am. Great, I thought. Friday morning they called an said they could send someone that day after 4pm. Ok, better. I had my wife re-arrange he schedule so she could be home when they arrived. She waited and waited, but no one showed. I thought maybe there was a mix up and they'd come Saturday still. Nope, nothing Saturday either. No phone call. It was a holiday weekend, so I called them Tuesday morning to see what happened. They couldn't explain what happened, but were apologetic, so I gave them another chance. They would send someone on Thursday between 2-4, again having my wife be there for when they arrived. Thursday just after 2pm I got a call from the heater repair man asking me to send pictures of the heater/problem, then he would see what needs to be done, and call me back. I promptly sent him pictures and explained the situation. He never responded back, never called, and never showed up. I'm extremely annoyed at them for wasting my time.
I decided to reach you out for the heating and cooling repair. I can't thank you enough guys for the work well-done. You really have a nice objective for your customer's satisfaction. I am so proud to recommend you guys to my friends. I can now sleep well because you've done a great and awesome work. Thumbs up! I highly recommend it!
