I contacted him through homestars with a clogged dishwasher and he responded immediately; arrived on time, fixed the problem promptly, explained how to make sure it does not happen again and even showed me how to do it myself if I had to clear the water ducts in the dishwasher.
If all companies provided as good customer service as these guys then we would all save a lot of headaches. George is a super nice guy and very good at his job. He fixed the previous mess that the last ac guy left behind. My ac went out and of course the technician came out to my home, inspected my entire system and found the problem. He could've lied and said my whole unit needed to be replaced like the other guy from a different company. Made it look so easy! He even replaced my thermostat for a better one. Thank you so much for helping me i gonna call you again for the future.
