Had a coil go bad on one of my A/C units, and someone recommended Heat Wave to me. Adam was extremely quick to respond, laid out the options available to me, and was out to assess the issue fast. Technician who came out was helpful and fast. The whole team was extremely helpful in a stressful time and put in work to get my problem solved for the least amount of money possible.

Adam at Heat Wave has been servicing my ancient home air conditioner for the past few years. My neighbors recommended him. He’s always responsive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When my old AC finally went out I knew I would buy my new AC unit from Adam. He answered his phone right away when I called and discussed different options with me. He was patient with my 1,000 questions and helped me decided which unit would be right for my house. He even offered to let me borrow a window unit until he could replace my AC! The instillation team was incredible friendly too. They even more masks and shoe covers inside my home. I am thankful that I found Heat Wave and for Adam’s incredible customer service.

Heat Wave is my default go to for any heating or air conditioning issue I have. I have used this company on multiple occasions and Adam is extremely professional! He gets the job done right the 1st time and if you are an inquiring mind, he is happy to explain the issue and the solution. He prioritizes those customers that have an urgent need for repair, so for minor issues it does take a little longer to get the problem addressed, but that's quality in my opinion. On occasion, Adam has even tried to guide me through some possible solutions over the phone to see if I could solve the HVAC problem or determine the issue with a bit of guidance. Ultimately, that saves me money and allows Heat Wave to take care of the more critical issues with other customers. Overall, Heat Wave is a reliable and honest company.
I had a leaking problem with my AC system which was caused by another company. They came few times and could never fixed the problem and the leaking getting worse and causing damage to the wall and the ceiling. Adam really bailed me out of this bad situation. Adam was prompt and efficient and provided great service. I highly recommend using him.
Adam is amazing. I had an issue with my thermostat and Adam knew right away what it was and fixed it in minutes. What I really appreciated was his genuine ability to treat me like he would a family member. He took the time and patience to explain the problem and the fix so if it happened again I could manage it. All around great service, I highly recommend!

I was having trouble with my heat pump on a very cold day. I called several places and was given high rates just to diagnose and long wait time to come out. Heat Wave was the only one who would come out quickly and didn't charge a high rate to take a look. He spent time explaining the issue and making sure to diagnose correctly. My heat pump is working like new and I have not had any more issues. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest and sure to explain the issue so that you understand what you are spending your money on. They also do not try to up-sell you on unnecessary parts or services. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but I have trouble believing they are from actual customers based on my personal experience. I would recommend Heat Wave to anyone over other companies who will try to upsell you on parts and services.
