This guy tailgated me flashed his lights even though I was going the speed limit. Passed me with a flurry of one finger salutes and then slammed his brakes on and continued to make obscene gestures and scream at me. Certainly has some serious issues. I would not 🚫 patronize this business. Should have called the police.
I'm the second person IN A WEEK to write a negative review about this company. Clearly the person driving this van is having a rough day/week/month. As I was stopping at the light Mill Plain BLVD on 164th heading south I heard a man screaming at the top of his lungs. He was angry that I had the gall to check my phone as I approached a stop light. Admittedly, I'm in the wrong for that. HOWEVER, aggressive driving (speeding up, slowing down) to stay along side of me and literally hanging out of a vehicle WHILE DRIVING is perfectly acceptable to this person. While this company may service AC units well, they're a danger on the road.
Was driving down the road minding my own business and this crazed lunatic speed up and rode my tail and started swerving back and forth I was unaware what was going on so I rolled my window down to see better out of my rear view mirror and he speeds past me in the other lane and just before cut the car in front of me off he proceeded to wave me on as if he wanted me to pull over, I took the first exit off and reported his vehicle to the police because I didn’t know if he was drunk or high.... Beware of this man he is not stable
Michael was much more than a HVAC specialist. He accomplished a very complicated request that most others struggled with. His engineering background was vital, got the job done quickly, plus he was kind and considerate. Highly recommend.
I am so thankful I was referred to Michael. I had an exceptionally complicated project that required someone with more technical knowledge. I was skeptical it could be done. Not only did Micheal solve my engineering type problem but he is extremely efficient at his work. He communicated clearly at each step and worked efficiently (which I appreciated) I believe he is one of the most diverse and skilled HVAC/electrical engineer you can hire. He is worth every penny for sure. Clearly, I recommend Michael Burgeson. He can be trusted.

Heat NW came out to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system. They were very thorough and my HVAC system is running perfectly.
Mark found the root of our problem which 3 others before him missed. He truly fixed our problem way back in 2012 and haven't had a bit of trouble since.

Here's the long and short of it. Mark and Heat NW are the best of the best. Great price, the best service, prompt service. He even came out on Father's Day for an emergency. We will never use anybody else.
