Luke, is the kind of repairman that you are not afraid to let into your house. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and a great value. Good listener and willing to share his knowledge and experience. Couldn't be happier. Glad I found his company.
Luke is very well qualified and has extensive attention to detail. He used the original blue prints (20+ years old) to size the furnaces and A/C units and installed top of the line American Standard equipment. It works so beautifully to warm and cool the house quickly and efficiently. He also replaced our old water heaters with a navien tankless system Luke represents the good reputation in the trades. On time, high quality and fair price. He is a pleasure to work with and when I need to replace the same equipment in our ADU, I will only call him
Courteous and friendly service and he stands behind his work and the products he installs. Our air filtration unit stopped working, he ordered a replacement part which was under warranty and installed it the next day at no charge to us.
I would recommend Luke specifically to anyone who needs a new water heater installed. I got a 40gal tank installed over a month ago and it has been working flawlessly. A very knowledgable and friendly group of guys.
I have updated my review as Luke has been extremely professional about resolving concerns that I'd initially felt were unresolved when the installation service was completed. While there were some moderate issues encountered when I had a gas line extension installed for several appliances, I feel that Luke has taken great ownership of making sure that any and all concerns were resolved, and I look forward to doing business with him again. There were some workmanship and (time-related) communication concerns (I won't go into extensive details as issues have been resolved) that probably should not have happened, but I recognize as a professional myself that people quite frankly have good days and they have bad days. Luke is also working to train an apprentice, and definitely cares about process improvements to help give all of his customers a smoother experience in the future, so after some discussion with him I am confident in the quality of future work and will be continuing to give him my business!

Excellent service! They came to install a gas line to my kitchen and fireplace. Great work at a very reasonable price. I actually had a problem installing my kitchen stove, and they came back and reworked my connection the same day, no questions asked. I recommend them 100%, and will definitely be using them for all of my gas line / HVAC / furnace work in the future!
I got several bids to have my heat pump replaced and selected Heat Flow Mechanical because they were the only company willing to work with me to install a quality product on a budget. I could not be happier with the installation and the end product. Luke did a professional job and handled a few curve balls that were thrown his way. The project took him longer then expected through no fault of his own but he got it done. I will use this company in the future.
