My air conditioner unit was poorly installed. The base was not properly positioned in the window nor was it drilled down as it was instructed to be. The exposed areas surrounding the unit was awfully/unevenly filled in with a thick insulation material. I am over all very dissatisfied with the installment but appreciative for the unit.

My furnace stopped working when temperature dropped low and we had been calling 2 other different HVAC companies. One of them accidentally short-circuited my furnace's control board and killed it (while the root cause is somewhere else, not the board) which caused my house to have no heat for multiple days straight. I decided to call Heat and Cool Solutions LLC since they are one of Trane's dealers. Their staff is professional. Kinyatta who is the technical on call, is very careful when diagnosing the furnace and the team is willing to use their own parts for troubleshooting which helps eliminate the suspected non-functional parts of the furnace. We ended up installing the new furnace from Heat and Cool Solutions LLC on the same day because of the bad heat exchanger under Andrew's final diagnosis. His team is very responsive and the installation is professional and well-done. My home has the heating system back up and running well after that thanks to the work that Andrew's team has completed. I would work with them again in the future for any other HVAC projects and recommended others to get this good service from this company.

I spoke with the owner, not a sales agent. Three other companies sent sales agents which I knew would add sales commision to the price of the tankless water heater and boiler unit I wanted. With Heat &Cool Solutions I recieved a straight and honest price which was 100% better. The job was done in one day. They removed the old water heater and boiler, installed the new unit and left the work area in a very clean condition. I was very impressed with the honesty and concern to make me feel at easy. Eight months later, all is working as it should. Thank God I chose this company. I saved time and money. I recommend Heat and Cool Solutions for the Navien tankless water heater and heat boiler unit they installed in my 2000 square foot home I own in Rochester, New York. Works great. Thanks Andy
Andrew is fast, efficient, and above all, trustworthy. He offered advice on how to better insulate our home, and made suggestions without any purchase pressure. He and his team are courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Our A/C broke down and I asked Heat/Cool Solutions to stop in to take a look at it. He came in gave an excellent quote for a new A/C and offered to have it installed the next day, which he and his crew did. I am very happy with the workmanship and the A/C unit he recommended. The A/C does such an good job that I turn it off sometimes because my house gets too cold. While Andrew and his crew were installing the A/C, Andrew noticed that I may have a possible carbon monoxide leak in the furnace duct. He fixed that too. I would recommend Heat/Cool Solutions to anyone looking for air conditioning/furnace service and repair and/or new purchases and installations. Great service and very reasonable price. Tomás R.
