No one answered the phone or called back
We had some issues with our AC at our church and Kevin and his crew came and fixed the problem promptly. Also, we had a problem at our home with my den not cooling in the summer and seeing that it is getting cold I wanted to make sure that we had heat in that area. Kevin- Heat & Air Contractor Jackson County Came and was prompt and told me what the problem was as soon as he assessed the situation and fixed it. I recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! Kevin is friendly, professional and reasonable.

KEVIN INSTALLED A BRAND NEW 3 TON GOODMAN AC UNIT IN MY HOME, HE WAS VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL FROM THE START.KEVIN ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM.KEVIN WOULD MAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.TRUST ME, YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM, HE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had Kevin at Comfort Heating and Air replace my aging system. He was very prompt in providing me with a complete proposal, his pricing was good, very competitive. We agreed on the details, he ordered the equipment and started the job on time. When he arrived to do the install he was well prepared an organized. There was some difficulty integrating the new system with the existing duct work, however the end result was great. I was very pleased with the complete experience. Hands down the best heat and air contractor I've ever used! Every time I've called they were fast and extremely professional. I will continue to use them and would advise anyone looking for a fast and honest contractor to do the same! I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was having issues with my AC and some how my thermostat got stuck on Emergency Heat and I called Heat and Air contractor and within seconds of me explaining the situation, I was walked through what was needed and it worked and I have not had an issue since.
