I had a great experience with Heastons. They were on time and priced very fairly for my repairs that were needed. I would recommend wholeheartedly!
I am blown away by the level of customer service provided for a maintenance call we had today. Ian came out, was very professional and on time. He walked me through what he was seeing with my AC and furnace step -by-step in a way I could understand it. He installed an Ecobee Smart Thermostat for me, walked me through all of its features and linked it to our humidifier. He tested the system to make sure it was running properly on each setting before ending the call. He saw dirt build up on my AC unit and even took extra measures to clean the unit before leaving the call (literally so far above and beyond my expectations). We have had our system looked at by many professionals over the years but this was the first time I felt someone look at our system as if it was their own unit and cared for it that way. When any part of my system fails in future, they will, without a doubt be the company we call.
Ian was very knowledgeable! He was very clean while he worked. He was very prompt and would answer any questions we had. He was so friendly and personable. Absolute excellent job! We would very highly recommend him! Very reasonable in pricing and quick to respond to messages and had great communication with the ordering process. We went from no system at all to a fully running central air system in 6 hours. We will be recommending him to everyone

As a first-timer with replacing AC and furnace, Heaston’s Heating and Cooling was hands down the best in installation and customer service after talking to multiple contractors. Ian, the owner, and his team were professional and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and patient with all my questions. Heaston completed the entire job within the time slot Ian had promised. I didn’t have to do anything besides enjoy the cool AC after a successful installation. I highly recommend Heaston’s Heating and Cooling.

We used Heastons Heating and Cooling to replace our AC, Furnace and Thermostat. This was a great decision. We scheduled with them quickly and they arrived on time, doing an excellent job. Ian and his crew are great! They are professional and performed the job with a smile, even when it was 90+ degrees out. This group of hard workers also took into consideration my animals and made sure none escaped while they worked. Great guys and incredibly knowledgeable!

Ian is great. He set us up on a bi annual maintenance program to keep our dual system up to par and running. He researched our system and makes sure we are in spec all year long. He is professional, on time, and personable. His pricing is reasonable and we love how he interacts with our kids and their questions while he is here. Highly recommend
