I contacted Robert due to the incredible google reviews he had. They all seemed genuine and mentioned him by name--I liked that. It meant he was the technician I would be getting at my home and sure enough, he was prompt, responsive, professional AND FIXED OUR PROBLEM!!! Woo! The home we recently purchased in Lake View, AL was remodeled with stucco in the early 2000s. An HVAC installer and a plumber were unable to vent our dryer. The conclusion was they were unsure where the exit was and perhaps it had been stuccoed over. I called Robert to see if he thought he could handle the Lake View Dryer Vent Mystery and he assured me over the phone with full confidence that he thought he could solve my problem & scheduled his visit within 24 hours of us speaking. Long story short, I have to go do laundry now! Thanks, Robert!!
Highly recommend Healthy Home Professionals for duct cleaning and sanitizing services. Robert was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns about the matter. After comparing the cost with other companies, we found their rate to be far more competetive. He even worked around another HVAC crew replacing some duct that was causing us problems.

Called and spoke with Robert. Since I had never had this procedure done before I had several questions about the process. He was patient and did an excellent job answering all my questions. Robert arrived promptly at 12 pm as he said he would. He took time to explain his equipment and what steps he takes when cleaning the ducts. His equipment was top of the line and very well maintained. He was very meticulous during the procedure and was very careful moving furniture and taking care not to leave a mess in the house. He used a natural based sanitizer in the vents which made the house smell fresh and clean. I definitely recommend his company. He has been in this line of work for several years and his knowledge base was very comforting. Thank you Robert!

We used another company to clean our dry vents a few months back. Then we began to have the same issues. I was behind a Healthy Home Pro's truck at a local restaurant and decided to take a picture of their advertisement and give them a call. Robert was quick to respond and flexible with his schedule. He gave me an upfront price that didnt change, he was also nice enough to take a meal delivery box in the house for me because he didn't want the food to spoil and I wasn't home. This is my 2nd time using Robert to clean my air ducts (diffrent homes), and if I need this service in the future I will certainly call him again.

Great experience working with Healthy Home Professionals. I’m always on the lookout for the “upsell” or “hidden charges” with home services but there was none of that with this company. They were professional with great attention to detail - highly recommend.
Healthy Home is a family owned and operated business. Robert and his son arrived on time and explained each step of the cleaning process. They showed me photos of the dirt and items that had collected in the vents of my 50 year old home. They showed me the dirt and dust that had collected in the filter of their high-powered vacuum when they finished cleaning. Robert even returned the next day to assist me when I heard a rattling noise in the air duct. Embarrassingly, it was the wrapper of the furnace filter that I had replaced that day 😣. I would highly recommend this company!

Robert was excellent to work with from the beginning. He responded immediately to my request for a quote. Like, nearly 90 seconds after I submitted a form online. I wanted to pay for duct cleaning for my parents as a Christmas gift and Robert coordinated everything with me so that my parents never saw the bill. He explained step-by-step what to expect and provided an estimate on how long it would take. He had a flat rate so there were zero surprises when I receive the invoice. Between my interaction with him and my parents' experience with him, it was worth every penny. My parents said the house smells fresher and there is a noticeable decrease in the amount of dust they can see on the furniture. He used a sanitizer solution to get rid of any mold (which there was mold) that was in the vents once they had been blown out. My dad was home at the time of the service and said he enjoyed talking with Robert so much. He said they were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and got to work right away. Healthy Home Professionals is truly a family owned and run business. Good people and really good service. I highly recommend them!
