These guys were super professional, friendly and easy to work with! They did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and FINALLY got rid of the residual cigarette smoking smell left from a previous homeowner. The solution they used smelled great, and I really appreciated the before and after pictures. Highly recommend them.
As new home owners, my husband and I have needed a lot of help to get settled. After an extremely unreliable cleaning crew, the Wi-Fi people showing up several days late, etc ..I was cautious about finding a company to clean our ducts/vents. I called several people, but when I spoke to Terry I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything to me and gave me a very fair price. The two guys showed up early and were super nice and thorough. I’m breathing so much better now. Your vents are probably gross..so call these guys!!
Top class service. Arrived early, worked efficiently. Whole team was super professional. Cleaned everything and explained the process as they went along. Were even kind enough to work around me when I had a work call I had to take. Competitively priced. Would highly recommend.
Received pre-call 2 days prior, received email with techs names, work to be completed and copy of liability insurance. Tech called prior to arriving. Arrived on time, professional, wore booties over shoes, placed mat at my door to wipe feet on before entering. Was courteous, respectful and did a great job.
Eddie and Colin did an excellent job cleaning our ducts and sealing our vents. Within 24 hours our whole family was literally breathing easier. We had no idea duct cleaning could be so instantly effective. Healthy Home Now is a professionally run operation delivering twice the service at half the price that others quoted us. That's a hard combination to beat.
Our new home continued to be dusty despite our vacuuming and changing the vacuum filter frequently. The professionals from Healthy Home Now communicated well, sent an insurance certificate prior to performing the job, and arrived on time. They spent several hours cleaning the ducts, pulling out debris that was left by construction sub-contractors. Since then, we have noticeably less dust. We are very pleased with their service, and recommend them.
Terry was able to squeeze me in on short notice and they did an amazing job. They took photos of all of the filth in my air ducts before they cleaned and took more photos after they cleaned. They even go the extra mile and seal your vents for you.
I recently used Healthy Home Now for vent and duct cleaning on my rental property. Terry was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything they would be doing so that I understood. I could not believe the transformation when he sent me the photos. If you have never had your vents and ducts cleaned, now is the time!

I really did my research on duct cleaning services and chose Healthy Home Now because Terry is a certified master home inspector and truly loves making sure families are in healthy living environments. With his experience Terry can pinpoint any duct issues and resolve them all at a fair price. Our techs Arron and Eddie took great care in our home, and the result of their work was just outstanding. A complete service failure on the front end but followed by a professional response from manager, apology, and a full refund. We called Healthy Home Now when we purchased a home on Lookout Mountain and shortly thereafter noticed a foul smell coming from HVAC ducts. They quickly came out and performed a cleaning, showed me photos of clean ducts but advised me that the smell persisted from one vent and I might need to have it replaced. As advised by HHN, I called an HVAC tech. Faith Heating and Air from Chattanooga promptly came to address the bad duct. What he found was a filthy trunk line that hadn't been cleaned or even inspected during the cleaning I'd paid for. Faith Heating and Air doesn't typically do cleanings but they quickly addressed the issue and after their work my smell was completely gone. I contacted HHN via email and detailed out my complaints and included photos. The manager there, Terry Rankin was very apologetic. It took them a few weeks to circle back to me but in the end they issued me a full refund and an apology for the oversight and promised to address the issue internally. All companies occasionally experience failures in process and oversights, what's important in my opinion is a professional response and timely correction. While HHN could have responded quicker and handled this better both on the front end and in the correction - took about 2 weeks to get a refund - they did ultimately handle it well and I do believe they intend to do professional, high quality work and plan to learn from and improve as a result of this issue.
I was so pleased to have this company come to our home! They came quickly after we told them we had young babies and had been sick from poor air quality. They were prompt in their arrival and took before and after pictures while explaining everything they were doing step by step. I have already recommended them to my friends and raved about how I can already tell a difference. Don’t go to any other company, there is a reason they have such good reviews!

Terry Rankin of Healthy Home Inc. went above and beyond to help our family in so many ways. Not only did Healthy Home clean our ducts for nearly half the price of their competitors, and do an outstanding job, but Terry also assisted us throughout our long battle with mold. Terry is a certified inspector and sent samples of our mold to the lab. He patiently guided us through our long remediation process, and made himself available to us—even on the weekends. He is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and does outstanding work for a fraction of the price. I adore Terry and the great work he and his team do. I am pleased to be a repeat customer, and enthusiastically recommend him to others.
I can't speak highly enough of Terry and his crew! Honestly, they all were kind, well-mannered (didn't track nasty stuff in the house!) and very professional. They did an excellent job on our ducts. They showed me before and after pictures...seeing is believing! I definitely intend to use their services again in the future! Keep up the great work!!
Terry and his crew did an excellent job at my townhome getting ride of mold. They also cleaned out my dryer vent. Very professional and very knowledgeable about mold.
Company did a wonderful job on a 110 year old house that was recently renovating. One can imagine what was in the vents after all that time with the addition of new construction mess on top of that. Employees were extremely friendly, worked quickly and happy to answer any questions or show you pictures of your vent interiors. I will be having them at my own home next and can highly recommend to anyone!
