Great experience! My AC unit stopped putting out cold air. Hayes came out next morning, even called to see if he could arrive early. Efficiently troubleshot the issue with my AC unit and he had the part on his truck so my problem was quickly fixed... and best of all, at a very reasonable price!
Bruce was courteous, considerate and very informative!! Really thorough in comparison to the last HVAC company that I used!! Set up my 6 mo appt!!

Bruce luckily was at my neighbors house doing a repair when I got home today. I knew exactly what was going on with my outside AC unit. Without hesitation or questioning he came over to verify the issue and after my neighbors AC was repaired Bruce came back with the correct parts and quickly repaired mine as well. Will definitely use again in the future. Very friendly and very responsive!

Called to have my ac fixed. Air was blowing but not cooling. Bruce fixed the wiring in my smart thermostat that I messed up in the install. Ac unit was not broken.
We always get more than one quote when considering home projects. Bruce gave us the best price and offered us the newest versions. Other places wanted to charge us 60% more for the same unit series. We first called to see if the unit was working properly because our bill was getting very high and Bruce thoroughly explained to us the unit was not working properly. When comparing prices from the other quotes, we quickly realized he was the best of all. The installation was prompt and the base is much more secure. The new unit has worked wonderfully for the last year! We would highly recommend Hayes HVAC to anyone. They are simply great!
When our HVAC unit died in February I was out of the country for work and had to find someone online to take care of the work. After researching others reviews, I decided to give Hayes a call. They were honest with me up front with no nonsense like some of the other HVAC companies I have delt with in the area before. They told me the complete price upfront which was under what I was expecting and got the new unit installed quickly. They also worked with me on a payment schedule as this is a major expense to anyone's budget. Upon returning home I was extremely impressed in the quality of the install as they did a spectacular job. Thank you for taking care of my family while I was out of town. I will recommend you to anyone I can and you have a customer for life!
Bruce answered my call immediately. He was there the next morning to fix our AC. He did maintenance as well. Quick. Responsive. Always with a smile.
Our heat went out on a Sunday evening and I called over 10 other companies trying to find someone who could come look at it. Everyone either say they’d come out Monday or didn’t answer my call. Bruce was at my house within 45 minutes! He was able to diagnose/fix the issue quickly, he charged a very fair rate and was professional and extremely kind. Highly recommend Hayes HVAC!

Mr. Bruce was was prompt, courteous, and professional. My Mother's AC suddenly went out last night. After an initial diagnosis, the problem was linked to the electrical switch, which Mr. Bruce promptly fixed (fingers crossed that's all it is). I truly appreciated that he altered his schedule to provide a same day appointment for my Mom (a senior citizen), so that she would not be without air condition in these extremely high temperatures. Based on his professionalism and courtesy, I recommend that you give Hayes HVAC a call for your air condition needs.
Hayes HVAC is GREAT company and I highly recommend for ALL HVAC needs. What I like most about working with them, is the fair and honest work. I've had a few concerns and issues with my HVAC and every time he came out, he would evaluate the problem and give me the BEST option to address the situation. Not focused on how much he could charge but what would be cost efficient and even methods to save me money. They perform great work, always on time, and have a great and positive attitude which goes a long way when dealing with the stress of faulty appliances. Again, I highly recommend this company and will always use them for future needs!!
Hayes did a great job replacing the HVAC System for a second floor condo that I am selling. I took bids for the project. Hayes Price was substantially better than their competitor. The price they bid was the price I paid. The project was complicated by the fact that the condo was in Clayton North Carolina and I live in Nicholasville Kentucky now. Hayes did an impeccable job of coordinating with the local real estate company selling the condo. The project was started promptly and finished calling to schedule. The installation team was professional and left areas very clean. I would recommend them.
This company came to my moms condo complex and disconnected her AC when she did not call for or need service. The tech must have realized he had the wrong condo unit and found the correct one and started working on it. HE LEFT MY MOTHERS AC disconnected.. left it just how it was shown in the photo. We had to call our AC company when we noticed the AC in her house wouldn’t turn on. He had no intentions of hooking it back up. I could not believe it. He also stood outside a neighbors condo cursing and said “this b**** doesn’t even know we are charging her a full days work for a $10 part.”. I’m disgusted with this company and disgusted we had to pay for a a technician to come out and look at her unit that this company accidentally disconnected. Our technician waited and watched him reconnect it and then left. Also funny how all these 5 star reviews were made at the same time.. and a “Bruce Hayes” made one of them 🤔. Makes me wonder how accurate and valid these reviews are.
Mr. Hayes was upfront with all pricing and taxes. He was very timely, and professional. After the installation was finished, he cleaned up the entire work area including the crawl space, removed all debris and old units from my premises. It was a job well done, FANTASTIC WORKMANSIP! I will definitely use his service again.
