I had been recommended Haws by a neighbor as I had been told by the company I had been using for YEARS for twice yearly checks that my unit was beyond repair! Haws told me what I was told was wrong did not make sense. They checked & there was some insulation in it which was caused by the error of the “fall” serviceman not properly reattaching the tubing, Oh yes, they turned in my unit back on at the unit! Haws us an honest company!
We had our AC completely go out (no air blowing whatsoever in) on days that we’re over 100 degrees. They fit us in and came back twice to help us get it all figured out. Our AC is pumping now, a part is being ordered, and we are so thankful for all they did! Never going with anyone else. ❤️ They were professional, timely, courteous, and honest.
Haws Co is always willing, able, and ready to answer my service call. I have been using them for three years and have never been disappointed. Prompt service, even on the weekends. Techs arrive on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issue. Great prices, excellent customer service.
