Very Helpful, Great Company, Our A/C Unit went out HAVN was at my Neighbors, while walking my dog I saw Vladimir outside, asked for his card, told him what was going on, he immediately said let's take a look at it, he diagnosed the problem and said he would be back in the morning, 9am the next morning HAVN was back, replaced part and saved me lot's of money, We will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone, Thanks again HAVN.

Our AC stopped cooling in 90+ degree weather. Vladimir was able to make it over quickly, and was able to get it fixed and working again in short order. I really appreciated the responsiveness, considering the extreme heat. The price was also very reasonable; and probably better than you'll find elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend. HVAN Heating & Cooling is now my preferred HVAC servicing company.
I have always used HAVN since buying my home two years ago. They are always on time and do great work. They replaced a motor in my furnace and have done other work such as connecting the duct work for my AC and doing the annual air condition tune up. Vlad is very responsive and even follows up to check to see if everything is working. Their reliability is a stress reliever. If I ever have any problems or just need normal maintenance I recommend HAVN. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
These people refused to answer my messages. We bought our home in January. They installed a whole install and did a horrible job. Then I contacted them and asked them to come out and fix it and they told me that their warranty only covers the original owners which I think is ridiculous... They set it up without electricity or testing it.. as well as not programming the Thermostat for a heat pump so the whole entire time we have been here it's been running in emergency mode without my knowledge making our bill $900 they refuse to come out and fix it ... Or answer my phone calls... Please do not use companies such as this one who refuse to stand behind their Work

I woke up today, on Christmas, with a heater that wasn’t working properly. It was a chilly 59 degrees in the house. Vladimir came out this morning, ON CHRISTMAS, in the freezing cold, to figure out what was going wrong. He kept me informed, was very polite, was safe with a mask, and ultimately fixed my heat so that I can enjoy Christmas with a warm home. I’m so thankful to not only Vladimir but also to his family for allowing him to come out and fix my heater on a special holiday. ☺️🙏

Vlad and his team were great! They replaced our entire HVAC system in a day, and explained the basics to me (much appreciated!). He was very responsive and professional, the whole process was very smooth. The price was also reasonable; I would definitely recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling services!

I hired HVAN to install a brand new heating and cooling system in my new home. Vlad offered the best price and got the job completed exactly as promised. As a first time homeowner I've had a few questions about the unit (filters, etc) and he always gets back to me immediately, and even offers to check things out for my piece of mind. I have been so impressed with the customer service I've even referred HVAN to a close friend who flips houses, and now Vlad is his go to guy as well.

Vlad replaced my old furnace with a new one & did a excellent job . he has been out a couple times for follow up service very dependable person with excellent job & people skills . highly recommend
Vlad came out to help my wife and I get a whole-home humidifier installed and running. He got everything up in a couple hours and made it look great (especially considering the limited space available). Super impressed with the results and the work done here. The difference in the air in our house was noticeable almost immediately. HAVN comes highly recommended.
I have used HAVN twice for separate issues. Vlad was out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem and had it fixed quite promptly. Based on other companies online estimates, Vlad’s total cost is less expensive than the “big” companies charge for just the part needed. Highly recommend!!
