Tim is awesome. He is the only one I call with HVAC stuff and the only one I recommend to friends and family. He replaced the AC and did some cleanup on my furnace in my first house before I sold it. In my current home he replaced a very old, weatehered electical box several years ago for my bedroom AC unit that was located on the side of the house. He recently replaced this bedroom unit which was well past its life. Tim did a great job and recommended the perfect unit that will not only cool in the summer but heat the room in the winter. It is night and day compared to the old unit. Thank you Tim. As always pleasure working with you!
We had Tim come and install a new HVAC system after we bought our home and the old one immediately stopped working. The install was done in a day with everything we wanted and cost way less than any other place we looked at. Humidifier, new AC, new furnace, even got a new thermostat! Tim is always responsive when we have questions or issues and takes time to explain everything so we can maintain the system ourselves and keep it in tip top shape. A very strong recommend this route a instead of paying 3x as much for someone who doesn't care at all.

Tim is the best, his response is quick and he stands by his work and products. After a nearly 90-degree day in Denver yesterday, Tim was out this morning and got our A/C back up and running before another 90-degree day. Use Tim Havens, you won't regret it!
Tim installed a new furnace and AC unit early last year - He stands behind his work and other contractors have all mentioned how good of an install it is. Highly recommended.
Tim was simply amazing from start to finish, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I got quotes from several HVAC companies here in Wheat Ridge, and they were all WAYYY too expensive for what I was looking for (a new water heater and furnace). I didn't have it in my budget to do both. But I asked around, and my friend recommended Tim, so I called him. He was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. It was more like talking to a good friend than a contractor! He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and he provided me with a clear and detailed quote for the work that needed to be done. At first I was a little worried, because his estimate seemed so much less! But he recommended a Navian tankless water heater and a high efficiency furnace/air conditioner, and we went with it. When it came time for the installation, Tim arrived promptly and got right to work. He laid out some drop cloths, was extremely careful, and took great care to ensure that everything was installed properly and functioning perfectly. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing, so I felt completely informed throughout the entire process. After the installation was complete, Tim followed up with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work he had done. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. Thanks to Tim's expertise, I now have a heating and cooling system that is both energy efficient AND cost-effective. The new water heater and furnace saved me a LOT of money this winter! :-) In summary, Tim is a truly exceptional HVAC contractor who takes pride in his work and always puts his customers first.
