Most unprofessional experience I’ve dealt with anyone. Rude and has a nasty attitude. Breaks contracts and blocks your number when you have questions or concerns about service/ he is not following the contract that you paid for. And even though he broke the contact, he states no refunds. travis says he will be at your house between certain times and on specific dates and no shows, then doesn’t answer. He admitted he lies on his website to market and draw people to get business. Would never recommend.
Our service tech was thorough in his assessment of the furnace. He was able to fix the heat problem in no time.
My technician was very knowledgeable and kept us abreast of everything he was doing. Very professional and courteous.
Travis was great. His company was sent through our homebuyers warranty. He was prompt with the initial visit and diagnosed the issue. He then followed up with me regarding steps to take to ensure the warranty company did what they were suppose to on their end. For his second visit he communicated a day and time range and showed up during his expected time range. He repaired what needed to be fix and we have AC just in time for spring in Atlanta. All in all, very happy with his service. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Would recommend!
WORST and most UN PROFFESSIONAL GHETTO owner EVER. I highly recommend finding a different company for your hvac services. Aside from horrible customer service he also never answers the phone, even midday to top it off. I also asked for his name just so I can have records of everyone I talked to that day in order to cover the steps I took to get the issue resolved. He refused to give me his name. This guy is so rude and unprofessional it's sad.
Travis at Hav'Arc went above and beyond with our AC repair and installation. He was punctual, professional, and gave it everything he had to get us completely setup in a single visit. Our AC is Cold! I highly recommend Hav'Arc cooling to anyone in need of AC service or HVAC installation. I know who I'll be calling when I need further HVAC work. 5 stars! Much better than the rest!
We received 1st class service from Travis and his team. Despite all the supply chain delays experienced due to Covid, Hav'Arc kept us informed and went out of their way to get us up and running again as soon as the equipment was available. The techs worked until after 9:30pm to ensure we had air as soon as possible. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks Hav'Arc.
Travis from Hav'Arc was assigned by our home warranty to diagnose our 16-year old upstairs central AC unit. He recommended to the warranty company that the unit be replaced. There was a shipping delay on the unit (not Travis' fault). Travis was responsive to our questions the entire time and worked to schedule our install as soon as possible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and our new unit is humming along just great.
Hav'Arc was dispatched to our house to fix our air conditioning unit. We have a home warranty and this was the company that was selected to do the inspection and fix the problem. Hav'Arc suggested that we have the upstairs unit replaced. Everything was fine at first. All this took place on May 24th. The new unit was scheduled to arrive and be installed around June 2nd. After a week of no followup from Hav'Arc I finally got Travis' information and gave him a call on June 7th to find out when they would be coming over to install the new unit. Travis said that he had the unit and that he would look into getting over to our house to install it. He was very vague and not committing to when it would actually happen he said it might be "tomorrow". Our upstairs has been in the high 80s for three weeks now and I have a year and a half year old who is sweating through his sheets at night. We needed to get this fixed so I called him back a second time that same day to find out more information and confirm whether or not he would be out on the 8th. This was only my second phone call to Travis and he was extremely short, rude, and unhelpful and the conversation went no where. The following day, the 9th, I made another followup call and at this point he was sending me straight to voice mail. Since Travis was now not answering my calls I sent him a text and made one final followup call at which point he had turned his phone off. Travis never returned my call and he never responded to my text. I was able to get in touch with our home warranty company and they agreed to cancel the service and pay us the money directly to use someone else. All to say, stay away from this guy I would be very worried about the quality of work coming from someone with this degree of professionalism. The one and only time Travis was responsive he was a jerk. My best advise based on my personal experience with Travis and Hav'Arc is to stay away.
I have one of those home warranties and wanted to get my AC checked out/tuned up. They sent these guys and it worked out great. Abdul was really communicative and nice, talked me through what he was checking out and identified some issues. Then he and Travis worked with my warranty company to get a capacitor replaced really quickly. Even came out on a Friday at like 6 to knock it out, after I called earlier that same day. AC seems to be working much better now and is no longer running constantly. Good service, I'd call them again!
