Honest, dependable and reasonably priced. Worked us in on short notice on Christmas eve to get our heat working again. Will be my HVAC guy going forward.

We noticed our AC went out at 9pm... Hatton's was at our house by 9:30 and fixed our issue. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will use them for all future HVAC issues
Service was EXCELLENT. Called on Monday and the unit was installed on Tuesday. The technians were professional and courteous and the price was fair and reasonable.

EDIT* Hatton's has serviced my very old AC unit for the past 3 summers. Every time I called they were prompt, efficient and honest.

James is honest as the day is long. I got 4 quotes & Hattons were the ones who didn't try to charge extra for the warranty that comes with the York system. They also gave me a real solution to my back room being a 10 deg difference. I am one happy camper!! If u need HVAC work call Hattons!

I came home from work at 5 pm to 88 degrees inside and no AC. I called Hatton’s and they came out the same night to get it going again for a competitive price. Excellent service and very friendly.
My HVAC stopped working Saturday morning, and James swung by to take a look at replacing it (it was old and I knew I’d need to go) on his way home at 4pm. James was exceptionally courteous and honest. He told me he wasn’t the cheapest company, but he offered something nobody else did: a free 5 year labor and maintenance warranty, or a 10 year warranty for just $250 more. Not only did he check out my unit, he cleaned out a clogged drain pipe free of charge in hopes that it would at least keep the unit from shutting off. My new HVAC system was installed by the time I got back from work today, which is much appreciated after the longest Monday ever. Thank you so much for you quality service.
Absolutely amazing! James was so quick to come check out our air conditioner when we got home and it was 87 degrees in our house! He stopped cutting his grass to come look at our unit and it started pouring on him! He waited until the storm passed and continued trying to get it fixed. The guys that came to work on the unit were just as nice as can be. They fixed everything in a timely manner. Can’t beat the price or the service provided! I would recommend them over anyone when it comes to HVAC!
My AC messed up on one of the hottest day, and Hatton AC was so accommodating even though they already had a full day of appointments. They were great to work with!

James and his team are really good at what they do. We had to have our 14 year old hvac replaced, and they came in at a couple thousand less than any of the big companies. I really like that when I call, James is the guy who answers, no receptionist, the owner himself is who you talk to.

While nobody wants to replace their hvac system it is a necessity. We called hattons for a quote and they showed up when they said they would. From the way they presented themselves we knew we would be hiring them right away. When it came down to the price they were thousands cheaper then a couple of the other big name companies. We decided to go with them and they came the very next day. We had 2 complete systems needing changed and they were very efficient in getting them both done in one day. If your looking to get the best deal for your money and have very personable employees do it then hire hattons.
