The staff was very responsive soon as they opened I had a call. Morgan arrived between the stated time and was very professional and informative about the up keep of our system he came diagnosed the problem and had our unit cooling in no time!!

Found problem with thermostat, replace thermostat with a new one and everything is working fine.
Took care of leaking condensate problem. Performed detailed preventive maintenance of system. Recommended modification to improve system performance (will do this fall).
We were very happy with the service provided by Harris Heating & Air. Their technician (Morgan) was professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They responded quickly to our request for service and communicated both by text and email. Their prices were reasonable and competitive.
Morgan was great and professional. He came in and did his work. He cleaned up after himself. He provided guidance and recommendations on future dryer cleanings.
First time need more time
Mr.Harris team came on a Sunday. I live in Madison Fl. I really needed some help cooling my house. Harris cooling and air. Told me not to worry anymore, they find out what was the problem. I end up getting a new unit for my house from Harris Cooling and Air .Harris Cooling and Air are so professional . I recommend them to Anyone Harris Cooling and Air your the BEST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Words cannot express the level of service I received. Mr. and Mrs Harris we’re very professional as well as easy to work with. The service was quick and they left no mess to clean up and if I had a question it was addressed very quickly. It was refreshing to have top notch service!!
Had dryer exhaust tube cleaned due to back up, also dryer hookup. All professional, cross the board. (5 star here.
Our heating system was not coming on. Mr. Harris and his assistant pinpointed the problem, and was able to make a temporary fix, until a new part could be ordered. He explained what will be done once the part comes in and a full diagnostic will be set up to ensure the system is running efficiently ongoing. Very pleased with the service call and would recommend their services to family and friends.

The whole team of the Harris Heating and Cooling Solutions Company was very professional. They cleaned the whole site once they were finished. One employee brought his personal heater to keep the house warm until the system was installed. The company is very sensitive to the needs of the seniors when it comes to heating and cooling solutions. The Sims family would refer the company to family, friends and others.
