I would give their customer experience and fair pricing 10 stars if I could. We've always had a great experience with Harris, but this time, we needed more than a service call. We put in new units and duct work because of a fire caused by lightning. We couldn't be happier.
We had such a great experience with Harris Heating and Cooling. For months we had been smelling gas in our home and no one could figure out where it was coming from. We called Harris on a Friday afternoon and they were here by Monday afternoon. They found the issue right away and fixed it quickly. They also encouraged my husband to watch them work and explained everything that they were doing, which he really appreciated. They were also very reasonably priced! Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
Harris replaced and repaired our HVAC system in the old, not well-maintained 1960s house we just bought. They found issues with gaps in the vents that other providers missed on inspection. They also came up with a great and cheap solution to our issue of return vents that had been cut off by the previous owner. They also made repairs to unexpected issues they found during installation. I was just super impressed with their communication, their work, and their super fair prices. We will definitely be using them the future!

We had Harris install a heating and cooling system in a our new home. I’m not an expert in heating and cooling, but I’m an expert in not enjoying paying electrical bills. Our old home was roughly 1000 square feet, and our electric bills averaged $150-$180 in the summer and $250 in the winter (all electric, Duke Energy). Our new home is roughly 4100 square feet and cost us an average of $150 in the summer, and $90 in the winter (electric cool/propane heat, REMC Greene county). They came back out and dialed it in further 6 months after the install, were happy and comfortable, and I LOOOVE saving money!!! Great people, great service, awesome engineering.
Sorry.... PLEASE disregard this post, it is the wrong Harris heating. “Do not waste your time with this company. They will rip you off every opportunity they get. The positive reviews are from friends of the company and not accurate. Go Else were...anywhere but as our this company for lack of integrity, over priced, cheats.” This was for a company in NJ.

Last week during the hottest days of the year, our A/C quit. I called the first thing in the morning and was told someone would be here at 11:00 that morning. Yes they arrived at 11:00 and by 11:30 diagnosed what was wrong and had a plan. Not only did they work outside in the sun, 90+ degrees, they did it with great attitudes and teamwork. They knew what they were doing and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend them and will be using them for all our HVAC needs. Great job Harris Heating & Cooling!!!!
Harris HVAC does a great job taking care of our heating and cooling systems. They arrive on time, do good work, and charge a fair price. When a part in our cooling system recently failed, they arrived quickly to fix it. We have used them for several years now and are very pleased. Highly recommend!

We had been babying our air conditioning unit for the past three years. We had someone come out each summer (sometimes twice) to fill us up with Freon just to make it through, because the replacement units we were quoted were OUTRAGEOUS. We knew we needed a new system this year, so before it was 90 degrees and we were sweating with two whining hot kids, we called around to get quotes. We talked to two or three other businesses prior to being referred to Harris by our friends. They came out to give us a quote, and not even a week later I’m happily sitting in a COLD house! Everyone we encountered was extremely professional, friendly, prompt, and most importantly honest. We received a wonderful quote (less than half of what others were wanting to charge), and now have an efficient unit cooling our home. I would recommend Harris to anyone and everyone! We are extremely pleased with our experience!
Grant+crew from Harris were all very friendly and did an awesome, thorough job installing my new equipment. They were all really knowledgeable about HVAC - I was extremely impressed. Will recommend them to friends and will use them again. Price was also great.
We had Harris installed a new AC unit this spring. Very fast service during a busy season. We had an issue and they came out immediately to diagnos and fix. Great job guys!
Harris Heating and Cooling has serviced my AC/Furnace at 2 different homes now. They are very fare with pricing and extremely knowledgeable. They always manage to squeeze me in there schedule if I have an issue. I would highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs!
Harris Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day! After being quoted an exorbitant amount to fix the problem by another company, I contacted Harris for a second opinion. The technician was precise, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in investigating and fixing the problem. Best of all, my house is warm again, the unit works great, and it cost a fraction of the price quoted by the other company. I couldn't recommend Harris Heating and Air Conditioning more!
