Smart people who are good at identifying a problem before fixing it. With my heater, I had already paid 2 other services to fix the problem. New parts with no results. Im very thankful to have found them.
My wife, toddler child, and I moved here (to Coralville) in Spring of last year (2022), so when our central air stopped working a couple days ago, I didn’t want to rely on being spoiled with that, but when our kid got was sick from an ear infection and temperatures in the 90’s…it was pretty obvious what to do. The first place I called, they mentioned the same thing I saw on one of their reviews (not taking new customers), so the second call was to Harris Boyz Heating and Air Conditioning. I knew it was an emergency type situation because kid was sick and I didn’t want to put more "stress" onto her, so when I called shortly after 8am, I was told they “Will TRY to get to us today,” I knew I had to be patient…I was comforted when I got a text saying Stephen T. would be enroute to my location within an allotted time, later with a picture of him to let me know what he looked like. When Stephen arrived to my home, he was professional, I did have a few questions for him and he was able to answer them for me, he definitely appeared to know what he was talking about. I needed a motor replaced, I was kinda expecting something like that because I later saw the unit was older than I thought. After having a Google account for over 15 years, (closer to 20 years) I am glad to admit that this is my first on Google review, I try to read reviews before I request services (if I can’t do it myself). I would definitely recommend Harris Boyz Heating and Air Conditioning to other people, if I do need the same type of service, I hope I have someone like Stephen again. Thank you again Harris Boyz for your assistance.
Fantastic service! Our AC quit on a busy holiday weekend and they quickly scheduled us a time and got us up and running right away. Will be contacting for future HVAC needs.

They were able to come out quickly and kept me informed throughout the process, from who would be coming to my house, when they were en route, and what was wrong and what my repair options were.
We had a cracked seal in our new air conditioning unit. The chances of that happening according to the repairman it was only about 1 in 5,000 so could not have been predicted. I highly recommend this company. This is a fourth time I've used them and I have been extremely pleased each time
