You don’t have to believe me just look at their profile up on the contractors board. After they installed two new HVAC units and two exterior AC units they actually had to pay another contractor to come in and fix everything they screwed up. Then they got fined by the contractors board for doing things without permits amongst other in fractions. They completely cut away my trusses that they had to have someone fix. I had him come several times to try to fix it and his answer was somethings clogged in the lines will wait until this fall and blow them out. What they had done was place the wrong AC unit upstairs and it was a big enough to keep up. Then they never installed everything completely and another company had to come and fix everything. It took four guys ten hours to fix everything. Do not let these people in your house. Like I said don’t believe me believe the contractors board look them up
Greg and Harper Valley were great! Communication and customer service was outstanding. Prices were very reasonable and we did plenty of shopping before hiring Harper Valley. Very happy with them!!

I was selling my home and 2 separate companies tried selling me a entire new unit. One company said we had a cracked heat exchanger. Harper Valley checked out everything and found a dirty filter and that’s what broke the heater . Bob Weir saved us over $1000 on a improper diagnosis. We can’t thank them enough. House passed inspection and sold. # “Make America gay again”
Craig just came out to fix my air conditioning and was awesome. He taught me a lot about what went wrong and why as well as showing me. I feel more informed and that's always a huge plus in my book.
He was supper honest. Told me about scams other companies do by hiring actors only to sell you a whole new unit you don’t need. Was on time and fast.
Craig was absolutely fantastic!! Finally we have found an honest business man with incredible integrity! He arrived on time, performed the preventative maintenance, went the extra mile to go in the attic to check the duct work and provided us a thorough assessment. The great news was that everything was in perfect order and gave us things to look out for that we may want to have done on the next checkup which we will not need for another year. He did not try at all to sell us a single thing. Craig is a winner! Pick him!!!!
Craig was a great tech. When he first arrived, his surfer-boy demeanor was a little hard to read, but I quickly determined that he is simply that chill and cut & dry. Additionally, as a vet, we were appreciative of his service and presuming that he would have a certain level of integrity that he would bring to the table - which he did. Our system was old and he had concerns about the necessity of a complete renewal being necessary. However, he climbed through our attic to make a specific determination and instead of telling us that we would indeed need to replace everything, he told us contrary. He stated that the attic components look good and that everything would work out with simply replacing the condenser. On the day of the replacement, they were solid, didn't seem to cut any corners on their install, and took pride in excellence.
Repair completed fast and at an affordable price. Very happy with level of service performed. Thank you!
I bought a new house with two new systems thinking I would not have to worry about the AC. When I found out that the unit for the upstairs was not cooling very well the previous homeowner was nice enough to give me the information on who installed. Knowing that the ceiling was already screwed up from where they tried to fix it I knew I was in for flight trying to get any kind of warranty. So I called and the guy was nice enough to come out on a Saturday or was it a Sunday I can’t remember and look at the air-conditioning. After a couple of hours he really didn’t have a clue as to what was going on thinking that there was an obstruction on the low side of the air-conditioner. He said the best thing he could do was to completely disconnect the small copper and blow air through it and see if there was an obstruction. He wanted me to wait until fall for him to do this and right then and there I knew he was not going to stand behind his workmanship warranty. I called other places and had people come out and the consensus was there was an obstruction and the best thing to do was to drain the system vacuum it out and that’s what I had done by another contractor. Now my air-conditioning works great. I would not recommend this person to install another air conditioning unit as he is not the one that installs it he farms it out to some crew that really didn’t know what they were doing. There’s a laundry list of things that were wrong with the installation that the other contractors Noticed. Just to give you an idea that they cut out the webbing of my roof trusses and lost a couple of them out. I’m not saying it was an easy installation however; if the other unit got put up there without tearing apart a ceiling and cutting trusses he should’ve been able to do it. I will be calling the contractors board and filing a complaint. All this after I told him that I was a construction project manager. Also I can tell you they didn't pull a permit and is completely illegal here
Greg called me to arrange a convenient time to stop by and fix out heating system as it would not always reliably come on. He made it easy to set an appointment that worked for my schedule. He showed up right on time. Greg is very knowledgeable and was extremely courteous. He found the issue and performed the work for the repair in a timely manner. He also explained everything to me so I would understand what he did. I would definitely hire Greg at Harper Valley PT Air again if given the opportunity and recommend him to my family and friends.
Harper Valley PTAir was referred to me by a family member who had excellent recent service, which they felt was honest & reliable. I'm usually a bit hesitant to get estimates/services done without someone more knowledgeable by my side. My mind changed when I had an after-summer tune-up/check for my two A/C units. The tech was friendly & kind. He explained and showed me (step-by-step) the process and my estimate was what was quoted. Craig is great, he came right over to my sons house when his a/c went down & had it up & running within 5-10 minutes, for a very fair & low price as he was fortunate to only need a small repair. He was quick, knowledgeable, efficient, & didn't try to upcharge or sell us anything, even telling us the condition of the system. He has done this in the past for us, & is very nice, & down to earth. Harper Valley PTAir is definitely our go to for a/c & heating, & is who we would recommend to friends & family.
Laid back professional, and great customer service. I'm so grateful for your early response to my A/C problems. Now I can relax in my cool house and enjoy my string cheese.

The lady who set up the appointment is very nice and worked with me to get someone out the same day which is impossible in Las Vegas during the summer just so happend to have a tech in the neighborhood down the street. The technical they sent out Craig is awesome really cool guy and had my air up and haven’t had any problems since he came out. I love supporting small business and this company has a very small business feel love it definitely recommend giving them a call.
