The amount of client dedication and professionalism offered by Troy and the Hare's company was absolutely outstanding. Troy went above and beyond to ensure my children and I were able to survive the scorching summer heat, fixing our A/C the very day contacted. I am truly just astonished and grateful by the level of care and responsiveness Hare's Heating, Cooling and Electrical offered! I highly recommend they be your first call if you have any heating or cooling concerns!
This is a top notch business and the service received today was excellent and exemplary. I was fortunate to be assisted by Mr. Hare directly when faced with an emergency situation that caused our cooling system to fail. Mr. Hare was responsive, knowledgeable, personable and walked me through the entire process of fixing the faulty fuse and installing a new thermostat. He absolutely saved the day and provided one of the best service experiences I ever had. It is a rare occasion in our current times to find people that are truly passionate about their craft and are customer oriented and I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality of service. Mr. Hare is a great man. We had issues with our furnace back in March and he was able to come out promptly and resolve them. He is honest and will never make you spend money that is not needed. Thank you Mr. Hare for taking care of us...The Ramdass family.
Troy and his team at Hares are very knowledgeable and professional. Troy made sure to come out the same day I called him to diagnose my ac issue. My 19yr old unit needed replaced. I picked my new system out with his help and a few days later his team had it fully installed in a few short hours. Great service, great prices, highly recommended to anybody with ac/heating/electrical needs!
I have used Hare's heating. Cooling and electrical for over 5 yrs. I am a Service Officer for a local VFW and have used them to service numerous veterans in the Hampton Roads area. They are excellent technicians, reliable honest. I specifically have used Troy Hare and Jeremy Gormatt. Both excellent They treat customers right. You won't regret using them!
The Hare team is just fantastic. So professional, so knowledgeable and their price point is great. After years of working our way through much less attractive service alternatives, this team is truly a breath of fresh air. We have called on Hare’s Heating, Cooling and Electrical over the last couple of years to work on our rental properties and our primary home! I cannot stress enough that this company provides not only excellent and skilled service but they are fairly priced, kind and their customer service and responsiveness is unmatched! Highly highly recommend! We came home today from vacation only to Find that our downstairs AC unit was not working. Not only did they come out on a Sunday but they arrived in 30 minutes of making the call! THANK YOU!
