Been reading of lot of reviews on the internet and a lot of them look pretty fake so I wanted to write an honest one. Chad is the single proprietor of this business. He came out for a call to fix my furnace that is old and starting to develop problems. I was impressed because it seemed like he really knew his stuff not only did he fix the reason that I called him (because the furnace was running hot), but for the first time in like eight years of calling people to check the furnace also noticed that the regulator for the fan needed replacement. I had always thought that the fan ran most of the time because it was a design flaw. Since I am a long distance landlord he took the time to talk me through the fix and gave me a correct estimate of what he would charge. A week later the furnace went out again and I called him back. He was there within an hour and assured me that if it is because of something he did he would work hard to fix it. It turned out the motor in the fan just had given up. We talked about what needed to be done and he called me back several times to make sure I felt comfortable with the fix. He went out of his way to make things right even though we both felt that this didn’t relate to his previous work. I was impressed with his candor and honesty and a desire to make sure I was being treated fairly (I know right, someone super honest in this field in Bloomington). He was more than fair with his pricing and pretty much assured me that I know who to call again in the future if I have a problem!
I called on a Sunday because my furnace wasn't working right. I was told someone would be out Monday morning at 9:30 and they were. They got to work on the furnace right away and determined the problem, went and got parts and an hour later the furnace was going. Very impressed with the work and the good friendly attitude.
